helicopter camera showed a huge fire in the region, but apparenly it wasn't too close to the stage roads. |

That forest fire is some kilometers north of the route the Tour takes.

I don't know about that, Kelderman has said that he might need to lose more time so he gets some freedom in the mountains so he might be getting his wish today

I think you are confused, Quintana was never out the back at any stage, Moreno and Herrada were the Movistar riders who missed it
