Great performance from Fab there, if he rides like that at De Ronde we have a chance.
Bewley look really strong, hard to see on this evidence who will stop him other than lucky blocking at a key time or a crash.
Sympathy to tsmoha, Burgerman has been passed from team to team but seems to be bad charm or something, I do not understand why he cannot make elite moment.
Blythe rubbish too he also for me has Burgerman underachievement.

Bewley as expected. With his main historic rivals in decline, it is hard to see past him for 90% of cobbled races for the next 3-4 years as the emerging challengers are obviously going to be good, but fall a bit short without a couple of years sustained money splurged on training. Nice to see Gusev get a podium even in decline - that must be one of his best (cobbled) results on his palmares.
As I don't know the MG history back into the depths of time, did Bewley emerge as a regen with his stats naturally developing to where he is now, or was a lot spent on training to make him so beastly? Would be interested to know thanks!

Superb tactics by Sam, nicely played. Unbelievable to be able to win a race with the same rider a three times in a row! Hopefully this means a good start of our classics season. Thanks for the report.

I have signed him as a CT team in 2011 when his stats were massively upgraded while he was on lvl 4.XX, as he became a FA that year. I loaned-out him to Festina to max-out him for that 2011 season. My team promoted to PT in 2011 and so I had Bewley back for 2012 with COB 82, SP 82. He really has an advantage that all his big rivals are declining now or are starting to decline the next year, however a few riders should be way stronger the next year, and especially if riders like Summerhill or Blythe will get some training, the quality of the field will be much better.

Thanks Roman - interesting to understand. Definitely in a class of his own in the 2015 cobbled field, even more so than in previous year or two.

Great result from Kristoff, brilliant to see him prove his sprint is worth quite a bit in these cobble classics. That definitely gives hope for what's to come.
Big congratulations to Roman, Bewley really is in beast mode, he could very well run away with three monuments this season! Chapeau to Cancellara though for pushing him this much, that must be some kind of relief for Smowz as well after his disappointing start to the season.
Also a huge result for alexkr00 with three riders top 15, congratulations!
Thanks for the report, Selwink |

Dissapointed by Zepuntke, and happy about Taubel. If Zepntke had been top 10 this would've been a great race for us. Unfortunatly that didn't happen. Hopefulyl he will do better in the next one.
Bewley is in a class of himself this season

We did roughly what could be expected here, and with my ambition of doing nothing it was a decent race.
Becherovka is off. There will be no catching them this season.

Congrats to Becherovka, Bewley just cant stop winning, no surprise though with that stats.
8th for us via Nolf is nice, but Sibilla loosing so much is terrible when he was top10 here last year and road should suit him. At least Nolf was not dropping back with him, what i feared a bit before the season start.
Thanks for the report Selwink!

Wooohoo, top-10 by Kamyshev, first showing of his great potential. More to come from him, if not this year, then the next. |
