I won't tell you
And development... I'll keep my opinion to myself...
I'm thinking to ask SN to make some minor adjustments to him... I saw he's done it in the past with some FA... I don't know if it will be applicable in this case

Usually, FA updates only happen when the rider's specialisation or general level of talent is completely off. I don't think Kwiatkowski will be updated in any way.

The team has finally received our Road Race Equipment for the 2015 Season and in other news we've managed to make a deal with Bontrager, which will be our official Wheel manufacturer throughout the season. The team has just received official screenshots of our Road Race Equipment and the ending result is going to be presented now.
Frame
Our official sponsor Arkus & Romet has experimented with professional frames for cycling, while the frame got heavier than anticpated, we can make ourselves proud of having this as our Frame this year. The "Romet Fabulous" in more popular speaking will be our Road Race Frame and is made for heavy terrain and has a strong base material to keep that up.
We wanted to say something out of the simple look, that on the Road you rarely go after the detail and eyes are more focused on the team, than how each rider is represented while being anonymous in a crowded pack for 80 % of an Stage. Our TT Frame will be more complex, in that meaning that the rider is in focus there and it's there you go after the details. Instead our focus is on visibility and that is by representing our unique color and meanwhile standing out on a simple design.
Wheels
We're gonna use the Bontrager wheel called Aeolus 7 and while we wanted our wheel to stand out too, then this version would give a more solid performance on the road and therefore we've taken contact to someone with more knowledge in this area. The wheels are making up for the high weight on the frame, by being extremely light and still manages to get the bike a solid and comfortable experience for our riders.
Our bike is in this case balanced in Green and Black colours, which will give the bike a way to stand out and meanwhile being a good catch of the eye. The ending result is a piece of equipment we can rely on and in the following months this piece of material is going to be our living.
We seek to develop and transform into a solid substance, which can both be trusted and respected for it's individuality, while this frame gives a little shout for Freedom, we can't deny that will be a good fortune for our future
Helmet and Final Result
A simple helmet for a simple team

Hello, My name is Oliver Danniak and I'm the new Sports Director of Fablok - Dunlop and I'll be in touch with the General Manager throughout the season, where we still are looking for new staff members to join the team, but we suspect that some of our transfer targets have their personal connections to start that! There is something about being prepared for the riders joining, which makes this harder and harder to predict for every day that goes by, but we're going to make sure that the riders has something to connect with.
It was a real challenge having only been here for a few days and it was my task to pick our goals, which was hard with no riders to compare them to, but we went for a careful approach and got 18/24 points on the scale, which should provide money to challenge these goals, but still keep an balanced future in the bright colors.
Goal | Race | Category | Points | Top 15 | CT Team Standings | N/A | 2 | Win | Tour of Pologne | C2HC | 5 | Win | Tour de Slovenie | C2 | 4 | Points/KoM Jersey | Tour de Langkawi | C2HC | 3 | Top 5 | Tatranska Klasika or Tour of Scotland | C2HC | 4 |
As you can see that our two national focus is taken really serious and wins in Tour of Pologne and Tour de Slovenie is our biggest goals, but means we will have to get a strong leader to go for these wins, which also might cancel our plans for being a development team in the first season. At the moment Kwiatkowski is going to be a Free Agent, but several teams from the PCT will try and hunt him down, so we will have to look for other prospects to achieve these goals.
Top 15 in the Team Standings is actually also a really hard goal considering all the strong teams, but we felt that it was more important trying to achieve this goal, rather than going for the lucky approach and set a Top 10 goal. We are in strong competition with Buff - Polska and Netia in this Transfer Season and while this will mean we will most likely target the same riders, I think that we should have a good chance finding ourselves a leader, though getting a leader from Slovenia or Poland might be impossible.
Tour de Langkawi is an asian race and while we didn't pick this race for it's location, it's still a long race with lots of opportunities for our sprinters to go for the Points jersey, which was reason enough to still be achievable, but still enough to keep us at our 18 point target. Tatranska Klasika is also a race which still remains regional and possible to get a result from, so looking away from Langkawi, we can still find a strong leader in the hills to get these goals completed.
The Transfer Season now awaits!

Good Luck achieving your goals, although I share a goal with you. So we'll have some tough competition with each other (and probably Donovan) there. |

Renewals has just begun for the other teams and this only means Transfer Season is around the corner. The order of things are really good for a new team and we've already made a long list with potential Fablok riders. Our regional opponents are targeting the same types of riders as we, so it should be interesting to see who gets the strongest team.
We will not give away our Transfer tactics, since it will either make it impossible for us to sign a certain rider or we end up leaving an advantage to the others. Races are not defined by the riders in it, the riders is defined by the race so we can only give you an idea of our potential targets.
Nat. | Race | Date | Result | | Giro del Trentino | 20/3-24/3 | - | | Zimnyanya GP | 1/4 | - | | Tour de Langkawi | 19/4 - 28/4 | - | | Rund um den Eschborn - Frankfurt | 1/5 | - | | Tour of Scotland | 18/5 - 23/5 | - | | GP Herning | 2/6 | - | | Tour of Iceland | 9/6 - 12/6 | - | | Tour de Pologne | 2/7 - 8/7 | - | | La Tropicale Amissa Bongo | 8/7 - 13/7 | - | | Tatranska Klasika | 31/8 | - | | Acropolis Cup | 3/9 | - | | GP Yekaterinburg | 24/9 | - | | Ruta America del Sur | 8/10 - 15/10 | - |
the table will get expanded asap
Obviously because of the Bands rules, it was impossible not to get some races out of our target area. However it was quite easy to deny Band 4, so it was just a matter of seconds to decide our final C2HC calendar. We have some goals in these races and we need to to find someone capable of winning such races.
Knowing for sure that our riders will perform fully in all races, it's just about the team spirit and the single riders form on the day, but we are quite confident that success will reach this team in some form, it's just about whether we appreciate it or not.

Fablok targetting Grajcan Lejman
Lejman securing Istrian Trophy win
Dzien dobry
We've been dead silent with our Transfer Targets, but with the Transfer Season drawing near, we wanted to set a clear footprint on which rider we will target. The first thing on our agenda, is to find a rider capable of achieving our goals. This means we've allocated a huge amount of money, just to try and sign Grajcan Lejman.
You can't deny that this lad got abillities worth investing in and of course getting a polish rider, has made it clear that he's the man describing our target area. Better does it get that his team, also remains are polish team and this makes things better. We don't see Buff - Polska as an rival and strenghtening their squad can only be good.
Right now the price isn't the highest factor, but the teams targetting Lejman. So whatever the amount we can only say, that our money will end a place worthy of placing it. You can't predict what will happen, but as long he's within our allocation, we will do everything to get him to Fablok - Dunlop.
Oliver Danniak,
Directeur Sportif

Hello and it's finally time to reveal our first signings of the season and we're starting with 4 fresh polish rider, who will try and make our team proud in the coming years. Some were quite surprised getting offered a contract and they weren't much in doubt of that it was our team, which should take care of their abilities.
Bartlomiej Matysiak
Last name | First name | FL | MO | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | OVL | Matysiak | Bartlomiej | 68 | 64 | 73 | 63 | 73 | 68 | 67 | 56 | 76 | 74 | 65 | 65 | 70 | 72,37 |
He is almost the perfect leadout for a CT team and will be a solid rider for our team. The last years he's been enjoying Track cycling and now he is back on the road and ready for the big scene. In longer stage races he will be able to provide support for the captain and that is really important.
Adrian Kurek
Kurek | Adrian | 70 | 56 | 64 | 63 | 67 | 66 | 70 | 58 | 73 | 73 | 66 | 67 | 63 | 69,12 |
Kurek will be an fine leadout for our main sprinters and he will be of some use to us. His main role will however be bottle carrier, but he is also able to give a perfect position to our sprinters. Adrian is going to be a important piece and his personality is very professional and he is aware he's with an professional team.
Blazej Janiaczyk
Janiaczyk | Blazej | 71 | 58 | 66 | 62 | 71 | 69 | 75 | 63 | 75 | 74 | 63 | 61 | 70 | 70,96 |
Blazej is one of the less known riders in the field, but his skills are solid enough for a CT career. He brings a lot of experience to our younger riders and will certainly also be an important asset. With this we have 3 polish sprinter leadouts, which can create some good surroundings for our coming sprinters.
Pawel Poljanski
Poljanski | Pawel | 65 | 72 | 72 | 66 | 68 | 68 | 72 | 56 | 61 | 67 | 68 | 65 | 66 |
Time for our youngest signing so far and Pawel Poljanski is quite a strong riders of his age. He has the potential to grow into a strong rider and we hope to give him a good season, until he hopefully can leave for a loan next year. Poljanski will be supporting our captain to the very end and he will be very helpful in any terrain.
We will most likely present Grajcan Lejman and Julien Berard tomorrow!

Hello guys and now we bring you the first sight of our leaders in the 2015 season and believe me when I say, that this team surely will be able to fight for promotion to PCT. We know it's only our first season, but we can already say that we have a strong team. Some of the purchases has been nerve wrecking to get and now we can finally relax. Let me present you our strongest riders and a provisional overview over the team in this 4th day of the Transfer Season.
Grajcan Lejman
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 62 | 65 | 77 | 58 | 72 | 64 | 63 | 51 | 59 | 68 | 85 | 58 | 58 |
First a warm welcome to our new captain and he has been brought in for hunting down our goals. Lejman has joined from the Spanish/Polish PCT team Buff - Polska and we can't complain about this deal. He was brought in for 400 000 and will receive a 80 000 salary in his first year contract. It was important for us to get an polish captain and more importantly a pole with great skills like this one.
Julien Berard
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 66 | 76 | 68 | 61 | 68 | 74 | 71 | 62 | 63 | 68 | 61 | 77 | 61 |
We were approached by Quickstep shortly after failing to sign a polish climber and Berard wasn't far away from our goals. Julien is still quite young and still has some big things to prove. Quickstep promoted in their last season and Berard therefore knows how to prove himself on a CT team. Berard was surely overclassified than our backup plans would hold and we''re relieved to have him here.
Kristjan Durasek
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 70 | 71 | 75 | 74 | 74 | 72 | 69 | 52 | 60 | 59 | 61 | 58 | 74 |
This deal is still waiting to pass it's 24 hours, but we're quite confident that he's a new member of our team. He will be joining from RBC Pro Cycling and he has a lot of experience in both the CT and the PCT. This means he will do everyone to come back to the PCT and he will get the rank of Lieutenant. The rank gets him a responsibility over Lejman, but also his own chance in many different races.
Mathieu Drujon
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 73 | 55 | 66 | 64 | 75 | 74 | 73 | 58 | 78 | 78 | 71 | 64 | 72 |
The signing of Berard was going to make us get him some french speaking teammates and as we were in need for a sprinter, but Mezgec became too expensive and then this guy crossed our minds. Mathieu will be one of the older members of the roster and he definitely has a lot of experience. He looks to be a strong sprinter, which is capable of doing very great in the CT division.
Michael Podlaski
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 66 | 70 | 73 | 63 | 68 | 72 | 70 | 54 | 56 | 60 | 63 | 65 | 65 |
Lejman also got a new helper in Michal Podlaski and his fellow country man is really glad having Michael a board. He will be able to stick to Lejman in longer periods and should provide great assistance to him. Podlaski will also be a good rider for the daily breakaway and he can definitely get some good results from the break he's in. As a bonus he can also climb quite well and should be the ideal helper for any CT team.
Other signings Gasper Svab, Blaz Bogataj and Klemen Stimulak

Although your sprinter and cobble () department are weaker than mine you seem to have built a very strong team so far, especially if the race goes up.

@Ian : Likewise
@Smowz : Thanks, I do think my Top 15 goal is accomplished
@Selwink : Yeah there were one polish cobbler and he went to Netia, though if Netia hadn't been a part of this game, my team would've been more stronger
