Hopefully the sponsor offers will start either tonight or tomorrow depending on sign ups

I have linked on the starter database that will be used for the games, so that anyone who wishes can start to think about riders they want to sign, I haven't included minimum wages as I have decided that the way signing will be done is that you will send me a list of riders that you wish to sign and then I will send you a PM with each riders demands, and if you wish to sign him then you must meet the demands, however negotiation of wages and stuff will be accepted as long as the offers aren't a lot lower than the demands.
When using the database you may notice that there isn't and age column, however age can be worked out by looking at the date of birth column, which shows the year, month and then day the rider was born on. If you wish to see what country a rider is from then you can use the region key to find the area in sheet 2.
I have also included a coach and scout sheet this will be useful as teams also have to employ staff, which the sponsor will give you a separate budget for. In terms of Directeur Sportifs I will give you a list of interested candidates and you can select 3 names to join your team.
I will begin sending out Sponsor offers tomorrow night to those who have already signed on, however there is still time for others to join if they wish to.

There will be a draft where you can buy any of your sponsors requirements, such as in my case the sponsor requires I buy 10 British riders. What will happen is you send me a list of names and then I state the riders requirements. For example if you wanted to sign Nairo Quintana, then he may say:
I want leadership in the Giro and the Tour, and 125,000 a year
Then if you wish to sign them then you mus either compromise such as saying, You can have leadership in the Tour and Vuelta and 120,000 a year, then he will confirm or turn down the offer.

The first thing I'll look at is the nationality of the rider and the team, so say if The Schleck Fan and you bid on Nairo Quintana, and you both met his terms exactly, then he would go to The Schleck Fan as his company is Colombian. However the team strength will effect this as Quintana wont want to be on the same team as other strong GC riders like Uran, unless the team is able to satisfy both riders.
If that doesn't work then I will look at secondary countries for the company.
Then it will go off the other riders that you have signed, so for example if you have signed a team of strong climbing domestiques against a classics orientated team, then he would go to the climbing team as he will get better support.
Then if that doesn't work then I will go off the amount of riders from a certain nationality, such as in Quintanas case Colombians
Just in another note certain riders can't be on the same team, so any rider with a stat of over 80, so 81-85, at the start of the season cant be on the same team, so Contador can't be on the same team as Valverde, but he can be on the same team as Cavendish, as they have different targets. So you could have the best riders at Mountains, Cobbles and Sprints, but not more than one of the best in a certain area. Although I doubt that will be possible as the wages wont allow room for that and enough riders.
The minimum amount of riders is 26 and the maximum is 33.
I have also decided to allow Development teams top increase the numbers of teams, so if you wish to have a development team then post below or pm me.
Also the sponsor offers may not finish tonight as I didn't realise how long it would take me to write up one offer, as well as find sponsors that fit in the countries.
