So just began to give the first riders stats today and something crossed my mind. Do you want me to include Igor Decraene in this database ?
If you don't know, Igor Decraene took his own life in 2014 and since this is a database in 2014, I want to ask if you want him in it anyway

If the stats are based on opinions at the end of the season, don't include him, if the stats are from opinions of riders at the start of 2014 (or just before he took his life), then include him.

Hello
Since yesterday I've done half of the riders stats for the database and I expect to have the first release out in a week
There will be 4 big releases in total, where the first two is to find the correct tweak for the riders in the database and such.
The other two is for background updates like cyclist photos, Palmares and the final few fixes. I expect to release an release once a month, so from 2½ - 3 months from now the full release is done

Instead of Ruben Silva (POR), you could add André Carvalho (a big promess, junior) and add Ruben Guerreiro, Joaquim Silva, Gaspar Gonçalves and Hugo Vaz (talents already, u-23).

Pre-Release Update
Hi
Current Status is that I just need to get the last stat fixes in order and assign the riders to their teams. Everything else is ready for release and I expect to release the first Beta release tomorrow evening.
Once again I would like to thank all who have helped with this and I hope you'll enjoy this database to the fullest Cya tomorrow

Beta v1 Release
Welcome to the first Beta Release of my Next Gen DB
With some help I've managed to put this database from scratch to this first release in 7 days and I've couldn't have done it without help from many ppl and especially Jesleyh, so thanks guys and I hope more can do so later
The database contains 602 riders in total and 450 or more haven't been included in a database before! Most of the riders are considered to be the next generation of Professional Cycling and this database is about showing you, what you can expect in the future of cycling!
This database is also for the player, which are tired with playing with the same riders and is given the liberty to do much more. I hope you'll enjoy the database and have fun! 
Preview
Welcome to the 2014 season of U21 Cycling and welcome to the first addition of UCI's new project, which includes over 600 young riders daily effort in becoming the next big talent. Over the winter several sponsors have been trying hard to set a team of their own and finally the 2014 season can begin!
Follow the sprinter teams, which is supported by Pegasus Sports, Phillips and BMW on the highest level and see their quick and fresh young sprinters in action. More interested in seeing some actions in the hills, then Monster Energy , Belgacom and Red Bull not disappoint!
Bancolumbia , La Razon and Lapierre will show their pure strength in the mountains and will definitely dominate the 3 mini GT's on the busy schedule! While the pro's compete in Tour de France, Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta. Our young guys will fight in Columbia, France and eventually in Germany and this will also be on a level, worth comparing to the pro stage!

5. the folder in gui is located in C/Game Folder/Gui/team_shirt
