Pretty much exactly what i would do to generate the teams, so i'm happy. Personally i'd have done one rider to each them, then the next and so on. But that's just personal choice and ultimately that doesn't particularly matter as long as the method is fair (which i think this is)

I was going to do one rider to each team, but I wanted to get everything done quickly and this was faster, it still took me 4 hours to do most the db and the excel spreadsheets, but I've got it all done except some of the jerseys.

Friesche Vlag
Fred Rodriguez Sprinter
Natnael Berhane All-Rounder
Fabio Duarte Climber
Danny Pate GC Rider
Luke Durbridge Time-Trialist/All-Rounder
Robert Gesink GC Rider/All-Rounder
Roman Kreuziger Climber/Puncheur/GC Rider
Simon Gerrans Puncheur/All-Rounder
Peter Sagan Sprinter/All-Rounder/Puncheur
This team is very well-rounded, on the flats the Gerrans-Sagan combination will be effective, while on the hilly races, Krueziger and Gesink will help them win. For the climbs they'll have Kreuziger and Gesink and Durbridge can ride a fast Time-Trial, this team can win anywhere.

Spaniards
Ghader Mizbani GC Rider
Andrea Peron Sprinter
Gijs van Hoecke All-Rounder
Joe Dombrovski Climber
Michael Hepburn Time-Trialist
Matteo Trentin Sprinter
Sacha Modolo Sprinter
Davide Appollonio Sprinter
Chris Froome GC-Rider
Another team with no riders from their country, this time Spanish but this team has 4 Italian sprinters, including 3 of the fastest men in the world and all three can stand a little hill or a few cobblestones, imagine Milan-San Remo. Add Chris Froome, 2013 tour de France winner to the mix and this is a great team, although this team has no men for hilly courses and Hepburn isn't the worlds best time-trialist, this team can ride flat roads and mountains.
100% Young
Eduardo Sepulveda GC rider
Louis Meintjes Climber
Andrey Amador Climber
Giacomo Nizzolo Sprinter
Diego Ulissi Sprinter
Taylor Phinney Time-Trialist/All-Rounder
Romain Bardet Climber
Fabio Aru Climber
Nairo Quintana Climber
Which team can have all but two rider under the age of 24. 100% Young! By pure fluke this team takes out a long list of future stars, Quintana, Aru and Bardet on the mountains where Time-Trialist Phiney, Amador (who is old in comparison) and South African rising-star Louis Meintjes will be great domestiques. Add Nizzolo and Ullisi for the sprints and the strength of most the team on hilly races, Phinney covers time-trials, so as long as the course isn't cobbled, youth will shine through here.

BES - Novo Banco
Hossein Askari GC Rider
Jorge Giactini All-Rounder
Aidis Kruopis Sprinter
Sam Bennett Sprinter
Domenico Pozzovivo Climber/Puncheur
Tom Boonen Classics Specialist
Edvald Boassan Hagan All-Rounder
André Greipel Sprinter
Alberto Contador GC-Rider
This team has one of the world's best GC riders, who is also one of the world's best climbers, they also have one of the worlds best sprinters and one of the world's best classics riders and they have Pozzovivo, who will do well on hilly terrain or as a climber. Then they have Boassen Hagan, who will have them covered on all terrain. What this team lacks in a few of their domestiques, they make up for with leaders.

RCiBC
Marc De Maar GC Rider/Puncheur
Danail Petrov All-Rider
Rein Taaramae GC Rider
Peter Kennaugh GC Rider
Yauheni Hutarovich Sprinter
Luca Mezgec Sprinter
Cadel Evans GC Rider
Andriy Grivko All-Rounder
Mark Cavendish Sprinter
Cavendish can look forward to a great lead-out, as this team has
himself and two other amazing sprinters, in Mezgec and Hutarovich, once you add Evans, Kennaugh and Taaramae, one will always be near the front when the road rises, plus Grivko, who will be up their for the team anywhere, this team will be great for the flats and pretty good for the mountains.
ExxonMobil - Gerberit
Ioannis Tamouridis GC-Rider
Maciej Bodnar Time-Trialist
Filippo Baggio Puncheur
Ion Izagirre GC Rider/All-Rounder
Rick Zabel Sprinter
Adriano Malori Time-Trialist
Tom Dumoulin Time-Trialist/All-Rounder
Lieuwe Westra All-Rounder/Time-Trialist
Rafal Majka Climber
This team may not have the flashiest list of names, Majka is an amazing climber but this team's real talent lies in their time-traling, 3 riders in the top 5 of a time-trial will almost be likely, with, arguably 3 of the top 10 best time-trialists and Bodnar, who is reasonable on flat roads as well, the time-trialists are great at leading out sprinters, so Zabel will get a good lead-out unless another sprinter is signed. While on other terrain, one of the time-trialists could sneak up the road and they will still make amazing domestiques on any terrain. Izagirre will also be a great help to Majka in the mountains. So this team will always have a chance.

Hashtag Yolo
Murilo Fischer Sprinter
Tiago Manchado Climber/GC Rider
Daryl Impey Sprinter
Heinrich Haussler Sprinter
Beñat Intxausti Climber/All-Rounder
Wilco Kelderman Climber
Bauke Mollema Climber/GC rider
Tejay van Garderen GC rider
Alejandro Valverde Puncheur/Climber
Wow! Climbing talent! Manchado, Intxausti, Kelderman and Mollema will likely serve as domestiques for Van Garderen and Valverde, who are capable of winning on tough mountain stages, while Valverde can win on the hills. This team also has three very capable sprinters, all who can do well on the flat roads, this team will be strong anywhere.
Al Fozan's Dream Team
Marco Haller Sprinter
Jure Kocjan Sprinter
Jesse Sergent Time-Trialist
Tanel Kangert Climber
Maarten Tjallingii Time-Trialist/Roleur
John Gadret Climber
Elia Viviani Sprinter
Tony Martin Time-Trialist
Fabian Cancellara Time-Trialist/Classics Specialist
This team will be great in the Time-Trials, while Viviani will get an amazing lead-out, with Martin, Cancellara, Tjallingii, Sergent, Kocjan and Haller. Kangert and Gadgret will be allright in the mountains, but not outstanding, so this team won't be so great with hill and mountains, but a time-trialist can always break away. As well as this, Cancellara is a classics specialist, amazing on the cobbles, so this team will have a good time there. Just as long as the gradients don't steepen too much, this team can win.

you know when you get a rider and just wish the person who wants him was playing.
Anyway, the transfer thread is open and I'll add the stats spreadsheet to the first post of this thread.
