Because of this fantastic tool we was able to build Mini Maillots for all Stage Races and added them to the Sponsorkits Patch. It was a big help.

Instructions
-Put your jerseys in ...\Assets\Gui\Cloth\Team
-Launch ...\Batch\ExportJersey.bat
-Results are ...\Output (which is cleared before every launch)
For the "Big Background Jerseys"
*Right click on ...\ExportJersey.bat and click on Edit
*Change -width 256 -height 256 -camera 2 -> -width 1024 -height 1024 -camera 1 and Save it
*Now when you double click the ExportJersey.bat you will have the "big" Jerseys
+Config parameter: 1 = camera 3/4. 2 = front camera
+Width/height : It has to be a power of 2
Sorry, which folder are the large background jerseys placed in to be seen in game ?

Referring to the background jerseys, the tool saves the file in .tga, and the game does not recognize it, even deleting the .dds file |

I suggest you open them and save them as dds. I use paint.NET but maybe I installed a plug-in to be able to open and save dds files.
I replaced the wrong jerseys in the game using some jerseys from this forum:
Lachi attached the following file:

I'm having troubles saving it to dds with photoshop, when I save it, the screen is half black, not showing the moving background, probably because I don't save it correctly, any tips? |

For those having trouble with the initial directions....
Add this file to ExportJersey/Batch
Run it when you want a big jersey, run the other one when you want a little jersey.
Remember the output file gets cleared each time you use it so you need to move the previous output files before running either program.

I was comparing the original background files with the ones that this tool let us do, and still the original are far better, tried with opq and movistar jerseys |

If you are using paintdotnet, I've found adding 112% saturation really helps. (ctrl-shift-u)

Thanks Re the dds issue, you can convert to dds using Gimp or download a simple dds file converter.

Where do I save the Minimaillot.tga file so it will appear in game instead of a pink square? |

You should rename the files,, so the suffix is "_minimaillot" instead of "_maillot". Then place it in Gui/team_shirt in your Program Files PCM2014-folder.
Inactive due to personal reasons.
