i can´t open the "teams" list in your editor.
it shows me this error everytime:

Had the same issue as JackTheStar. The error message appeared whenever I tried to edit something.
Got it working fine by unticking "Use table lookup" (Werte nachschlagen) in the options menue. Have no problems since this function is disabled.
(If of any importance: Net Framework 4.5.1 is installed)

Still happening with v16 when "use table lookup" ticked...

Occurs with every extracted database including the official release.
Steps to the error:
1. Extracting DB
2. Choosing Races from the select table
3. Going to the first empty row to add a new race
4. Typing the first number in IDrace --> error message pops up
5. After klicking "OK" at the error message I get asked if I want to save the database
6. Answering "Yes" or "No" let another text appear:
----Data Error----
Die Spalte 'IDrace' hat die Einschränkung, dass sie eindeutig sein muss.
Der Wert '4' ist bereits vorhanden.
(wanted to type '417', but was interrupted by the error message)
As said, it works when "use table lookup" is unticked.

You don't have to add a number in the first column, the ID will be set automatically.
But I still cannot reproduce that error. Please somebody attach a database which is causing the problem. But since anybody seems to be resistant to my requests, let's try it the other way around. I attach a file which is working for me and I would be pleased if you test it on your side.

Same result with the database you attached.
If the ID will be set automatically it didn't work either way. When table lookout unticked it only reacts to the first number typed, but (using your realname) it suggests a race ID of 604. Guess intended is the first free number or the last used +1?
In addition an error occours when I change the row before finishing the entrys (e.g. to copy/paste 'gene_ilist_fkIDTeam informations'.

I cannot reproduce the problem based on your description. So either you are doing something wrong, it is a problem if your computer or your description is not accurate.
Why are we talking about this in English, there are different German forums where I have posted my editor.
I will verify the data error tomorrow.

I'm using the standard that come with the game, I tried with other databases from this site and happen with everyone I tried. Even with yours.
If you need it I can upload it this night when I return home but really it happens with all. |

Either I don't understand your description or it only occurs at certain computers. What windows do you have?
But maybe I should just forget about it, until somebody uploads a video showing the problem.

Seems the issue is linked to certain computer settings (or software configuration... whatever wants to be blamed).
Tested it on my notebook, too. Was exatly the same result... what's kind of odd, cause there isn't any Net Framework installed.
Settings:
| PC | Win7 Pro. 64bit | Net Framework 4.5.1 | | Notebook | Win8 | no Net Framework |
(Note: On both systems isn't windows office installed (just open office) and macros can't get operated)
If wanted I can describe it (per PN) in german, too, but as zande said there isn't much more to tell. For further detailed questions I take a look for my Sattlerei password.
Adjusted (lookup unused) the editor is working well and I like it.

Thank you for your feedback.
Windows 8 has .Net Framework pre-installed and you cannot uninstall it, as far as I know.
Office and macros are only needed for my Excel editor, not this editor.
