Valverde being sealed effectively concluded Vueling's transfer season anyway

Signings!
We've succesfully signed 5 riders. And some big ones!
1. Michiel Elijzen - Wage: 115000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 78 | 63 | 69 | 77 | 74 | 72 | 75 | 70 | 60 | 73 | 80 | 68 | 77 |
Elijzen will be a team leader. With a small wage of 115000, we're really happy that we got him. He's a great TTist, one of the best of the CT, and also is a very good fighter. Not just that, he's also great on the flat, making him great for the leadout train.
2. Bob Schoonbroodt - Wage: 0 -> Loanee
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 68 | 63 | 72 | 63 | 72 | 70 | 65 | 70 | 68 | 71 | 56 | 73 | 63 |
We've loaned him from Hornbach. He's a good puncher domestique and is also a good cobbles domestique.
3. Cedric Lebris - Wage: 50000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 72 | 61 | 64 | 65 | 69 | 69 | 62 | 74 | 71 | 63 | 77 | 69 | 65 |
A good cobbler with a very low wage. Without amazing cobblers in the CT division, he can get us some nice Top 10s.
4. Michael Vingerling - Wage: 190000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 71 | 55 | 61 | 65 | 72 | 66 | 76 | 68 | 79 | 79 | 57 | 68 | 76 |
We are so incredibly happy with him. He'll definitely be one of the best CT sprinters, securing us some wins. The number of wins isn't certain, but certainly this guy will do a lot. HIs weakness is the HI stat, but there are some flat stages in CT, where he will be very strong, hopefully we can give him a good leadout train. A nice bonus is that he's also an outsider on every prologue!
5. Cornelius van Ooijen - Wage: 50000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 72 | 56 | 65 | 72 | 70 | 65 | 66 | 61 | 63 | 68 | 71 | 61 | 72 |
A solid TTist. Nothing more, nothing less. He's also a good guy to have with us on the flat stages.
6. Brian Bulgac - Wage: 75000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 71 | 69 | 67 | 70 | 73 | 72 | 71 | 57 | 63 | 66 | 76 | 60 | 74 |
Another solid domestique. He's good at prologues, and can support us in the mountains and on the flat as well

Wow, nice sprinter you have there. Surprised he went late enough for you to get him.
And I will be seeing you on the cobbles.

Surprised as well. But hey, surely not everyone can go in the first 4 days(though I had the impression at some point )
And we won't be in your way on the cobbles. Your team is way stronger, Lebris will just stick to Ostergaard's wheel from the start and hope to Top 5

I said we will see you, not tat you'll be in our way.
With Lebris you will certainly be competitive.

I think so, though I find it hard to estimate the cobbles strength in the division. Fact is, cobbled races aren't our main focus at all, while it seems yours.

Elijzen could prove to be a big points scorer this season for you, with his great backup stats. Vingerling could pull off some results as well when the terrain is flat.
A nice first few riders you have signed |

I needed the cap space and Elijzen was just such a perfect fit I had to give him this chance . Also Schoonbroodt will get more experience and maybe some chances of his own before he rejoins us next season.
Will follow their achievements throughout the season for sure.

Agreed.
Just 44 racedays for Elijzen though. 60 for Vingerling is better.
Thanks for Elijzen, he's perfect
Here are the provisional stats, for what it's worth

We're happy to tell you that we can welcome 4 new signings!
7. Roy Eefting - Wage: 50000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 69 | 50 | 60 | 65 | 70 | 67 | 72 | 66 | 75 | 74 | 60 | 54 | 72 |
Eefting is a great leadout for Vingerling, having 75 SP & 74ACC. Getting him for 50000 is really nice.
8. Daniel Moreno - Wage: 120000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 71 | 76 | 71 | 66 | 73 | 73 | 72 | 54 | 70 | 71 | 71 | 70 | 66 |
He's definitely the main signing of those 4 new signings. He's a climber that belongs to the top of the CT, and even has a finishing sprint on top of that. It has to be said that the CT climbing top is really strong, so it'll be nice to see what he can do. Probably won't stay for multiple seasons, due to his age.
9. Diego Gallego - Wage: 50000
FL | MO | Hill | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | 68 | 74 | 70 | 60 | 68 | 71 | 71 | 51 | 65 | 69 | 66 | 62 | 60 |
Getting him for 50000 is a really good deal. This guy is a solid climber with reasonable backup stats. He will be the main domestique for Moreno.
10. Robin Stenuit - Wage: 50000
Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | 65 | 54 | 59 | 55 | 66 | 62 | 62 | 65 | 72 | 70 | 51 | 78 | 55 |
A nice talent to have on your team. Not a huge talent, but this guy is an excellent guy to fill up the team, and he can be a decent leadout if really necassary. He could at least be part of our sprint train. Also, he's a great downhiller.
Here is the provisional team squad at this moment:

Moreno is a great signing, I was after him as well for a while, should be a good mountain leader for you!

Yeah, he sure is. I haven't spotted a lot of climbers with a strong finishing sprint(not on CT level at least), so he might be really useful.

Goals
We will now present the goals that our main sponsor gave us. (Note: I sent them in before we entered the transfers)
Yes, that means that we have found a main sponsor. Just no minor sponsors yet. We'll keep it secret until we found all of them.
Anyway, the goals.
1. CT Team rankings Top 10(3)
This one is ambitious, we realise. But we were intending to create a fairly all-around team, and it seems to have worked. So this one is definitely still achievable.
2. 10 stage wins in a season(2)
We were planning to sign a lead sprinter pretty early. Well, we made that, so we cannot complain. Combined with Elijzen, who can secure wins in both TTs & breakaways, and also combined with Moreno, we think that this one shouldn't be unrealistic either.
3. Tour of Bretagne Top 5(3)
This one won't be easy though. Tour of Bretagne is a severe hilly race. We were too late to get most of the good punchers. So we're still searching for a good one as we speak.
4. BeNeLux Challenge Top 5(4)
Another tough one. This one is C2HC, so that makes it a bit harder. But since we're BeNeLux based, this one is interesting. Unfortunately, this one is once again hilly.
5. Himmerland Rundt Win(4)
A pancake flat classic. Vingerling.
We have to be lucky here, but theoretically, we do have the quality to win this one.

Stannard could mess up your stage wins goal if you're unlucky, but if you manage to get a nice puncheur, the goals seem possible. I'll be rooting for you

Thanks
And yes, Stannard could. But Stannard only has 52 racedays, so he can't be everywhere
Plus, he has 55HI, and I assume that not every MG TT is flat
