Great ending to such a boring stage. Hope we can build on a good final GC from this.
Keep up with the great reports Spilak

Great win for Amex, if Chavanel can hang on to this lead, might a great points haul for Amex. |

Well, that's a nice result for our team! Can't say i'm impressed by the stage itself, but a podium-finish and Rogers in the big peloton is great.
Though you have to wonder why the bunch did not really try to follow this chasing group. Anyway, hoping for Lloyd and Rogers to keep their position before the TT. Still two tricky hilly stages though. But at least Lloyd should be able to do well there.

Ouch, one for the escapees. This really hurts a some favourites, given there's no more mountain stages left. Chavanel could win this alright.

Yeah I like Chavanel's odds from here with the remaining stages.

Most boring race ever, PCM12 at its best.
Congrats to AMEX, this could be very important for them, even more when it is in their home country.
I wonder what Metinvest riders think, why they are in the race. To jump into the friggin break you morons! You have no chance with sitting there. I wonder if there is some stat that keep our riders from attacking whole season long, is it so dependable on fighter stat?

Impressive stuff there by Olivier. Don`t expect anything from this race but some breakaway experiences. So being in that group and 7th now is a great success already. |

Dancing in the Streets of Aspen as American AMEXpc squad steals a win on a great descent by Sylvain Chavanel. it looks like he has a decent chance to hold this lead but this has not been a good year so we will wait and see.
AMEX has struggled and a win in the Colorado mountains would be a great boost to team morale.

Could have been worse, but also been better in that first hilly stage.. I fear Rogers will lose more time in the tougher stage, but if he limits his losses like he did so far, he could at least slip into ranking points.
Had hoped for our puncheurs to do better, but maybe next time

Had hoped for Olivier to stay with the best. And Ruijgh eventually for the stage win.
Now both are stuck in the low point rankings.
Experience. |

Indeed, this has become one of the best chances for Keizer to score big time.
Awful stage for us. This has become a terrible waste of race days for Plaza. I need a very good stage 6 to have a chance at any GC success now.
Anyway congrats WWE, nice victory from Ardila.

Yes, finally! Grygorenko with incredible race so far, our first really agressive ride during the whole season. He is provisional on the podium and leading the young riders competition, also good in KOM. He is 74 puncher ,so he can hopfully loose not much tommorow. Keijzer will jump on him most probably, but if he can hold top5-10 through the end and good young rider place, i will be more than happy.
Congrats to WWE!
Also thanks for the report Spilak.

Nice sprint from keukeleire! Couldn't have asked for more than a Top-5 finish in the flat stage..
And what a moment of shock in the end guess some managers were pretty pi**ed for a few seconds! Well, even i was.
And some nice screens and nice reports so far! Thanks for that.
