does this now work in an ongoing career ? Just changed the values and no display has been corrected (f.e. Kittel/Degenkolb still not as sprinters)
It's not advised to do it in an ongoing career, better start a new one.
Specialisation does two things:
- display riders correctly according to their main stats (only visual)
- set the stat limits for every rider while starting a career (very important game detail)
So if you want any advantage besides it looking good, start a new career.

nope, still nothing ... Changes take hold in the editor, just not in game. |

doesn´t it also determine the training program assigned to the cpu-riders ? |

another question: seems like with the suggested settings, TTs aren´t really well represented (in fact, not even guys like Tony Martin) and half the riders are stage racers. Been trying to change things around a bit, any ideas ? |

I've also tried editing the specialisations in the manner Kentaurus suggested (in an ongoing career). No luck. I used the Fast Editor, since I have a special character in my team name, but I am unsure about the editor being functional due to the lack of updates to it.
Alas no matter the reason the specialisation bug fix did not work for me. Have someone made it happen to a ongoing career at all? |

Yes and with the fast editor But the change is not instantaneous, the riders average and thus the rider specializations are only calculated on the beginning of each month iirc
