Nice stage with Breen taking the KoM-jersey and Giacoppo sprinting good. Hope Breen can hold on to the jersey..

Great start of the month for Iberia. The fight at the top continues.
Furdi 4th in a sprint; he's showing good form and the team are working hard for him. I have good hope for stage 3.

That was supposed to be a mountainous hilly stage, and yet a sprinter still wins it. Can't wait for PCM12 and its shitty AI to be finished with. |

Urrgh, I had high hopes that in what seemed a hilly stage where the mountain stage should play a role, good gaps would emerge but no. even when the best puncher in the race is leading the pack over the hills average punchers easily follow.
Let's hope Rodriguez can create a gap on the next stage or atleast take some boni seconds

Ciocan again..he's the Hoffman of the CT. We now need a very selective stage 4. Last chance!

Not massively surprised by the gap situation really. The stage was one of my creations, and if I had left the finish line where it was in real life (a few kilometres more of descent), it would have been called a flat stage...
Ciocan is proving to be a CT star of the season

The next one is a lot harder though, pretty high mountain stat if I recall correctly. At least the sprinters should be out of it after stage 4.

Nightmare stage. Do I need to blame the AI here? |

Bad stage for us, but at least the AI did ok...
12th overall isn't what we'd have hoped for, we need a miracle to call this race a success. |

What a race this has been for us so far. Now just up to Guillen to take his third win of the season to make this race complete.

I may have said negative thing about how i didnt like my squad for this race.
I would like to retract that if possible. A pretty decent chance of a double victory in the GC, and on this stage. Now we just need to avoid a stupid ending to this race. |

Well done Nicolae and Eduard.
Hope we can hold on to that KoM lead, and 5th GC is quite good aswell

I'm glad that this stage was decisive and exciting. And also that Furdi went with the right attack.
It's slightly disappointing that he couldn't control his nerves while in that group though. On every screenshot of his group I see Furdi doing all the work with the rest in his wheel. And he also let them force him to lead out. It's a miracle he could still grab 4th, but with a more clever approach he could've done much better.
But my goal was top 5 GC, so I can't really complain.
Awesome stage and quite possibly also tour for Kappa, congrats!

Going to pray that tomorrow uphill finish proves Ciocan's friendly. |

Indeed I had not noticed this until I played the stage. It is a late one in between 1.4 and about 500m to go, around 7% in places.
Not dissimilar to that climb on Cavendish's worlds win. (In 'real life' not of course in the man game!)
