It was a rather quick check, so I'd double check a team with the screen posted in last page, but I believe these are the teams currently that'll be in the Expansion Pack but are not in the game:

For your second shirt ever, you're doing great A couple of things I noticed is that the Orica logos on both the jersey and shorts sides will appear upside down ingame, and also that one of the Mitchelton logos on the shoulders seems to be inverted.
As Jesley said, though, Cyanide will include an HD shirt of Orica in game

They're obviously not in the DB, but if you want your jersey to be in a story with 95% probability, I'd love if someone give it a try to do a Stölting jersey, plus German NC.

Bikex has done it in PCM 12 size. But freire in an interview on Youtube said that a pcm 12 shirt in PCM 13 game looks better than in PCM 12. So you can use it...
