I hope Kennaugh gets a place in the Sky team
And hoping to see a real challenge for Froome, because I can't see anyone beating him obviously.
Should be interesting to see Cav vs Sagan for green

Nordhaug hasn't been good this year...Since he left Sky, his training hasn't had the same effect, wonder why. Well Blanco has a big potentiel, hopefully all these young guys can make something out of it |

Exactly. Do you know they even were pissed when he won that stage in the Tour of Belgium? They specifically instructed the team not to ride for LLS there. |

He looked quite good in AGR and LBL, arguably the only races he's peaked for so far this season (FW finish doesn't suit him too well). |

When does LLS's contract ends? He should look for another team, VCD or Katusha are always willing to give contracts to suspicious riders. |

That is what's funny. They gave him a new contract last summer so he has a contract untill 2015. More as any other rider in the team

Lulu not on the roster, that is silly, he would have taken the stage for sure. But i am happy with that, as he would be the one who can stop Sagan from taking some breakaway stage and points from it.
yellow - Froome
green- Sagan
white - Quintana
polka dots - Rolland

Top 10
1. Froome
2. Contador
3. Purito
4. Evans or Van Garderen
5. Valverde or Quintana
6. Porte
7. Rolland or Voeckler
8. Pinot
9. Garmin Surprise
10. Fuglsang
Who will be be the biggest disappointing rider?
No rider, but the whole race. The 100 year edition in '03 was amazing and that is what the 100th race has to match, and quite simply it will not and the race will be a let down.
Who will be be the biggest surprising rider?
Tempted to say Andy, tempted to say Fuglsang but going with, as i did for the Giro, someone nobody mentions.
If you expect someone to be a surprise then by the nature of a surprise they cannot be.
Who will win the Polka-Dot Jersey?
Always a tough one to call. Want it to be a Frenchman so will go with Rolland or Pinot.
Who will win the Green Jersey?
Mark Cavendish.
I have to don't i
Who will win the White Jersey?
Van Garderen, as long as he doesn't have to work for Evans. Other big contender is Quintana, as long as he doesn't have to for Valverde. Also watch out for Pinot, was 2nd last year.

I think it's going to be a very boring Tour with Froome destroying the competition whenever the green light on his power meter starts blinking. But the battle for the second place should be interesting. The hope for an exciting Tour disappeared when Wiggins announced he was not starting.
However, I hope that there's going to be some cooperation between the other riders to put some pressure on Froome, maybe a Spanish alliance Contador-Valverde-Rodriguez? I also hope De Gendt find back his form, attacks from 90km to go and a few GC guys dare to follow him. Maybe even Andy rises from the dead and does something to upset the Skyborgs
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I doubt Purito will want to help Contador that much. TdF is his big goal this season too, although his form looks pretty bad (did he do anything at Dauphine?).
Also, can someone explain why the UCI or ASO do absolutely nothing about Contador continuing to claim he is the winning the 2010 TdF? He was stripped of that title but in nearly every single interview he states he is the 2010 Tour winner despite what the records say.
I'm struggling to understand how that isn't dragging the sport into disrepute.
Yellow will be Froome, Green will be Cavendish. Tommy will take Polka if he doesnt help Rolland too much. And I think Pinot will take white unless Cadel gets into trouble early.
Oh, and whilst I don't feel i can do an entire top ten, I expect Porte to make top 5 Contador.
Personally as a entirely biased Brit I want Froome to win (and I like Porte too cos he seems a good guy), but I do fear for the race as a spectacle. I think the worst part this year is that Froome will actually takes more stages. Last year, whilst the race for 1st wasnt exactly exciting, Sky let alot of stuff go because Wiggins was just bothered with Yellow. Froome has kind of shown this year that he doesnt want to take GC + 1 stage to say that he can win stages too. He will go and win any stage he thinks he can win just because he can and I think that is going to make it even less fun.
Of course, that could be to everyone else advatage. The team doesnt seem as strong as last years team and if Froome works them harder they might blow up when they need him.
But then, Froome would probably just drop the entire Saxo team by himself if that happened. |

It's entirely normal for Purito to come into these GTs having done nothing in the previous preparation races. He was nowhere in Burgos last year and nearly won the Vuelta. He was out of the limelight in switzerland in 2010 and did a very good Tour. And so on. It's just the Giro that he does well before due to being in form for the classics.
He still finished the Dauphiné 16th despite the long TT and the little hard climbing, and ended it with a 7th in a mountain, so he'll be fine.
EDIT: Although he did finish behind Geraint Thomas on GC
Anyway, if a crash hadn't cost him 5 minutes he'd have been top 10

Green is reserved for Sagan. Don't know exactly what Pinot has to do with Evans. |

Way too many Cavendish stages this year, and not a single uphill finish. Sagan will have to step up his game in the flat sprints to stand a chance.

Van Garderen.

Yeah, Sagan would be my side for Green. I think Omega will be strong enough though. His better at getting the mid stage sprints but there's enough flat stuff for Cav to rack up serious stage wins. I'm hoping it will be very close though. It might even go to Paris (although of course, Cav will win there XD)
And yes. Pinot and Cadel is due to TJ. If Cadel drops early then BMC should switch to TJ, which means he will stand a good chance at retaining. Otherwise, I think Pinot will take it as he will get freedom from the start for it. Tbh, I think it would be close anyway.
Tbh, White jersey could be really awesome this year. Maybe all the guys that are obviously going to fail to beat froome to just not bother and ride for white instead. Then you could ignore Yellow, and watch the race between Pinot, TJ, Quintana, Dennis/Talansky.. others I'm forgetting. |

Dennis? Sorry, but I don't see Dennis contending for white at all.
Talansky, TvG, Pinot, Quintana are all way, way, way better climbers than Dennis.

After the last month, I'm not entirely discounting the possibility of Dennis beating Froome.
EDIT: And go on. I know theres aleast one Dutchie I should have on that list (I just cant remember who is going tour and who is still in the white.)
Infact... is Kennaugh still eligable for white? I remember I got him into white at Vuelta on PCM but I forget which year I was on.
