Good sprint from Anton Martin to take 6th. Impressive that he held on as he was already in the wind with 1.5 km to go.
A shame we didn't have anybody in the break though.

Another podium for Hoffman, great. Shame that Napolitano won, but maybe he will have weak day and Hoffman will storm past him in points competition. But also grabbing more podiums and be 2nd in points would not be bad at all.
Thanks for nice and fast report and congrats to Evian and to Canada...

Saw van Poppel battling for position on his own early in the sprint. A shame that my best sprinters are recognized as too weak by the AI to build a train for. Otherwise we could have set something up for van Poppel. Big mistake in my team setup all through the season.

Weird sprint from us.. Sutton was in a decent position, but Brice Feillu outsprinted him....

Awesome Result by Soupe and nice that the AI has tried with both of my sprinters to do their own thing with Tzor finishing 10th as well. |

Very happy with that, didn't even need a leadout. 5th win of the season, hopefully many more to come
Oh and its about time Hoffman got a result matching his stats, Avin |

Nah his stats are just fine for wins, it is not only about sprint stat...
And i think Hoffman was still maybe one of the the fastest in last 1000metres, judging from this pic and he blew Hutarovich off his wheel. Just wait for stage three, Napo will burn.

Not sure if that was quite genious tactics or just pure luck...
A 4th from Pineau in a mass sprint like this is very good, in my opinion. Vingerling is a interesting, maybe even weird, sprinter.

Awang managed to stay in the peloton, that's a win in itself with those hills that were near the finish.
Oh and Hugentobler did well to get in the break like I wanted, hopfully more riders will do the same on the remaining stages.

Had some hopes for a top 10 by Sohrabi, but when most mof my climbers finishing in front of him, I realize I was a bit naive.
Great report though, I enjoyed the bridge |

Great stage for us. No time loss for Serpa and Napolitano, so we are still in the GC hunt and could have the lead back pretty soon. So unlucky for ING though. |

Oh so great to log out when clicking Post...
Anyway glad Mestre stayed in the group after losing time on similar stages earlier this season.
Vorganov is a nice attacking rider, shame it didn't pay off.

Durasek been awesome for us all season continuing that today and with Gadret and Ivars both in the front group along with Morabito we should be near the front on the mountain stage! |

Nice attacking ride from Blazquez. But once again no Iberia rider in the break..

Nice that Pakthusov tried several times, but in the end 9th place is woth nothing, maybe only some prestige.
Leader jersey can do miracles, as Napo was doing a Hoffman in hilly stage, but i hope he lost some precious energy and rested Hoffman will capitalize in next stage.

He was rested, even Tzortzakis finished in the front group. Hoffman was a few groups behind Kankovsky |

He was taking it easy, to be able to beat Napo in third stage.

A very good stage for Team WWE. KoM jersey and points jersey. There are only two thing that could have made it even better. Pineau winning, and getting a gap to the rest. Feel kinda bad for Castano, though.
