I am indeed using jerseys made for PCM2012. In fact the jerseys I'm using are the x-... jerseys from the PCMdaily database.
Most of the x-jerseys from Daily DB were added in PCM11's Expansion Pack, which came out about a month after PCM11 came; thus most shirts used for these were PCM08-10 styled shirts, instead of PCM11/12-styled ones. And the ones that were made in this style weren't so good (people weren't really used to it). So I agree you should browse the forums for some PCM12-adapted shirts

The first post is updated, with a full list of all teams and a sneakpeak of the qualities and teams of some cyclists.
The first bèta-version will hopefully be available on the 15th.

Btw, I wonder, if I download this, does it affect things on other careers and DB's?(which are not with this DB)
Another question: Where are the guys that started Cycling between 2013 & 2020? So the new Sagans?

No, it won't. The files used from other databases won't be modified, so it won't affect other databases.

You mean random stats? You can use the excel editor. There is an function to create random numbers. You can copy them and paste it into your DB.

I've created 200 riders using the Excel Editor generating random values for the stats using the RANDBETWEEN()-formula in Excel and the names of the riders using INDEX(NameRange,RANDBETWEEN(1,COUNTA(NameRange))) with the existing names of the database (copied) as the name range, then pasting it to the XML losing the formulas and only keeping the values. The IDcyclist has counted on after S.Fritsch (4964, 4965, etc.). I wanted to add the Region-column in the Fast Editor, while it is easier to choose the best one from a list.
It worked very fast, but when I open the database in Lachi's Editor or Fast Editor, the lines don't show up. So now I can't set the Region-data, which was the only column missing.
Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?

I almost finished the first bèta-version. It will be a preview with all the WTC- and PTC-teams and 200 new riders. I just need to create and add the WTC- and PTC-logos, rename the WorldTour and ProContinental Tour, run a last check and test the database.
I'll try to upload it this weekend (saturday-night or sunday-morning GMT+1).

First preview comes out this weekend!
With the graphics, teams and riders from the WTC and PTC.
WARNING: you can't play in Career-mode with this version yet. PCM will crash (Runtime Error) if you try to do so. This is because in this version the CTC is still empty.

Preview is out now! Download the installer directly from Skydrive or with this torrent-file (you'll need a BitTorrent-client like uTorrent or Vuze).
With the graphics, teams and riders from the WTC and PTC.
WARNING: you can't play in Career-mode with this version yet. PCM will crash (Runtime Error) if you try to do so. This is because in this version the CTC is still empty.
Make sure you select the right destination (folder where PCM is installed, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2012) during the installation!

I wanted to download the torrent-file, but it doesn't work.
I end up at Skydrive if I click the 'with this torrent file', and it says they can't log me in, so that doesn't up either

Blanco too,too,too strong,also,there is Greipel and not players that now have about 23-28 years,etc,Schleck will have about 34-35 years (Basso is in that years,and he can still race). ,its amazing since its preview ,but top of the WT should be 4-5 riders from 5 different teams,also someone who can sprint with kittel.Maybe even replacing blanco with some other team will be nice,let it be whole fantasy  . Don't think about this as some bad stuff,if you want to make it totally fantasy lets do it ,if you want 2020 database you'll have to add many of riders from 20->29-30 years.I like Mosers,Kittels,Keldermans stats (Kittel is a bit too strong,ill put him as 82 sp , 81 acc). I think you understood my points.Keep it up! |
