Great result for Larsson, who wasn´t strong enough to battle for the win, but he didn´t loose any time, and that was the most important goal for today. Also good to se Anders Ekh Dahlberg in an attack. Florian Scheit was involved in the crash, and he seems very injured, but even though I´m quite happy with the stage today! |

I'm verry happy for Carraras win, very good sprinting from him. Now, as my first half of prediction its done i sit back and watch what can do Talabardon in GC |

Just out of curiosity, did my riders drop back to help Kadri, or were they all just dropped (except for Quintana)? Poor boys, can't handle the pace in C2
I think they were just dropped, or at least I didn't notice any of them waiting at any moment. Plus iirc most of them were already dropped before Kadri. So yeah must be the pace.

Very happy that now Deiber is leading the KoM, also good that he grabbed som bonus seconds who could prove useful laiter.
Shame to see Arroyo crashing though, will be tough to get all those seconds back now..

Not sure if I should be happy or not now, because I hoped for some larger gaps. But every win is more than welcome, at least I still have a chance to win the polka dot/green jersey.

The last stage is a little to short for my liking, making the gap to overtake Carrara and Weening a little steep. I still feel Marzano should be the favorite for the overall. Have to be more aggresive than today though, and create some gaps instead of trying to close them. |

Nice of Dombrowski to show off and attempt stuff. Sad to see that Astarloza and Didier are injured. I think both of them could have finished in the main group if not for the crash on the first stage.

Strong attack by Arroyo and Weening! Congrats to Vien.
I'm glad Weening didn't attack before the final climb. He might have won if he had waited a little longer, but I won't complain because attacking is the focus of my team after all.
Glad they got a gap and Weening the yellow. But I don't think the gap is big enough to defend the jersey in stage 3. It might be enough to secure a top 5 GC spot though. It all comes down to the selectiveness of the last stage.
I hope Weening is not going linger behind my squad of lousy climbers while the rest attacks. That would be really disappointing.

Gingsjo did well in the breakaway, and now we are leading the KoM. Larsson were also amazing, and 36 seconds ain´t much. Tomorrow could be the day for him, and hopefully it end up with a overall win! |

We're just here because Galicia's near and we needed C2 race days, but it's nice to see Pires and Afonso on the offensive.
So far it's all tied up except for Arroyo's misfortunate 1st stage, so it's to play for in the mountain stage. It'll be interesting to see if the spanish can make something out of this race.

Another sprint finish on a tough looking mountain stage, and 14 riders within 36 seconds in a tough three days stage race. I don't like how it's looking. It really is a lottery
Anyway, great reporting, kumazan! And big congratulations to Gazelle for the overall win. Weening will be really vaulable this season, no doubts. |

Moutain stages this season are kinda of weird. Trentino we saw what happened and here in Galicia same stuff. IA or stats, that's the question? |

AI I am sure of it. The AI can be awesome at times. See Tour'D Algiere or 2nd stage of Trentino, but in others it's just bad.
I wouldn't say the stats affect it that much, there might be small differences possibly, but even in Daily DB there are such finishes with big groups on mountains, however much less, but I would actually think that would be due to career mode and many riders coming with different fitness to the races,

Surprising and brilliant performance by Rudaskov here. A stage win and overall third was way more than I hoped for.

That's what I think as well. A pity, because when there were three groups in front of the peloton with ~5km to go it looked like it could be quite exciting, but then both chase groups merged, the peloton sat up, and it was clear that not much else would happen.

Wow, that's a surprising finish from Carrara, but i don't mind the surprises in this way Talabardon didd well too. Congrats for Gazelle. And thanks for the reports, kumazan. |
