Well, Cyanide do send special versions of PCM out to teams - special, because they customise the cover specifically for each team. So I expect various cyclists do play it, but dont expect them to come on here and admit it!

There were interviews of pro riders on PCM-Spain. Among the riders interviewed, there wer Thomas Voeckler and Alexander Vinokourov.
As questions were mostly those submitted by forum members, they were asked about whether they knew and played PCM.
Voeckler knew it but didn't like it, as it took too long for his tastes to play a stage or a race. IIRC Vinokourov had no clue about the game. |

Riding for 7 straight hours in MSR is fine, but 15 minutes to play a PCM stage...

Last year, Cyanide sent a special customized cover of the game to Colombia-Coldeportes, and I know, Carlos Quintero, Esteban Chávez, Wilson Marentes and another one that I don't remember, usually play the game...
But I don't know if they continue playing this year, that game is very hard to find here in Colombia, so many of us have to download it but not legally...

Thats true, but I don't have visa, or any of those cards people use to buy things online, I preffer cash...
BTW. I also heard some riders in Chile, Brazil and Argentina play PCM, I have a friend in brasil who was a pro until 2010 who played pcm2006 almost everyday!

A while ago, Movistar was giving out copies of this "special" version through facebook. On a related note, I'm pretty sure Madrazo plays, and I know that Luis Pasamontes knows about it. Whether he plays or not is a different story.
