Oh, and is everyones jerseys supposed to be grey and red? I think its the default cyanide jersey?

No, I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be wearing Cyanide shirts  That most likely means that you've not moved the files from the 1st download (Cyanide.rar) to the correct directory.

When you extract the .rar file "Cyanide", what folder(s) do you see, and what folder(s) are inside it? Do you see logos, minishirts, etc in game?

I can see mini maillots, and logos in My Computer. But in-game i see cyanide screen.
With your question im sure 100% so i'll answer what i think you mean
3D, Gui, Sound
Inside gui:

Well, make sure that these three folders (3D, Gui and Sound) are placed in Main PCM Folder/PCM 2012. But since you see minis and logos, it seems that this step is done correctly. In that case, it could be a problem in the DB, don't know. Might check it later.

I'm confused now. So when you say that you see logos and minis in your computer, you're not talking about the game? So when you go to the menu where you choose where your team for a career, you don't see any logo or minishirt correctly (do you see pink squares?) and then in 3D racing you see Cyanide shirts? If that's it then you've probably installed it wrong. As I said, make sure those folders are in the correct directory (mentioned above).

Ok when I say My Computer i'm talking about the program that is used by windows to view the hardrive ect.
And when you say about my career, yes to all.
I will try and see what reinstalling the program tomorrow. |

I downloaded the DB and so far, it looks pretty awesome  I played a TdF stage, Ulrich won, which made me nostalgic, I finished fourth with Armstrong. Probably going to start a career with it soon, to test if the calendar works out decently with rather few teams.
One small "bug report": Some teams are missing either the logo or the minishirt (maybe 5 teams or so). Or is that my fault somehow? The rest works perfectly fine.
