Will we get a reply, as to whether our "application" has been met possitively, before the off season, and what are the thoughts behind this possibility? Will the goal be fully aknowledged, or to what degree will the "miss" be nullified? Sorry for the language, it's a bit difficult to get my point across, I hope it is understood to Some extend atleast.
If you missed the goal because of a crash you'll be given half of what you were supposed to receive to your budget in case you'd have achieved the goal.
I wasnt intending to reply to the PMs really. It was more an identification than an application - since I dont have anything that records crashes throughout the season. Pretty much all PMs have been valid in terms of goals being lost because of said crashes.
I think this is a good idea. But also managers should take these things into account when trying to achieve goals. I sent over-the-top teams to a few of my key races just to ensure I have an insurance policy. This is all off memory, but in a few goal races it definitely payed off because Nazaret screwed up, and in some I didn't really need it. But I was hoping to achieve 4/5 to ensure I have a good transfer budget, and that worked in the end. Might of been some luck, but I try to create the luck
This is just a random rant though, the idea being raised is good IMO because in reality sponsors would take close calls/crashes into account.

You got 5/5 goals, and that will of course still be highly rewarded. I think you might be the only CT team to have managed it
Good idea, assuming that you somehow calculate the likebility of making the goal by the crashed rider and that a crash isn't "better" than for example getting 6th when the goal was Top-5!
