Why can't i always choose to follow a team mate? With 25km to go why can't i put someone on Dot 99 and then make someone else follow this?
Seem only to be available after 15km to go on a flat stage?
Or have i missed something?
The follow option is there for the intention of building sprint trains, thus it's only available when it's logical to do so (end of stage, before intermediate sprint). Unfortunately there's no button to make a rider follow another in 'normal' game situations.

If I remember correctly you can make a rider keep position, that should be enough during the stage. |

Young Rider stats progression?
Does this happen throughout the season or do their stats increase purely at the end of each season? If it's throughout the season... i think i need new trainers as mine are crap!

They progress throughout the season. But as Lachi mensioned previously, some riders progress at a consistant rate, others explode at a certain age. The trainers influence the rate of development. The better the traine, the faster your riders develop. That's the basics |

I know it´s a old thread, but I see no reason to start a new one.
I´ve made my own team, but it started in the Continental Pro Tour. I wanted to start in the lowest league, so I changed it in an editor. But, I can´t see or participate in any 2.2 or 2.1 races. Can I somehow change that, or start with my custom team in the lowest league, without using an editor? |

When starting a new career, on the screen where you put your name in you set the "orientation of custom team" to 20% or less and you will start in the lowest division with a lower budget, budget size decreases as you lower the orientation |
