Portugal isn't even in the reserves? Well that saves me a lot of work.. I'll be a selector for Spain, France and Italy then.

U23 riders don't have to be nominated, unless they are being nominated for the elite race as well. Smowz is compiling a list of eligible riders who the selectors will choose from. And yes anyone selected for the elite TT can race the U23 RR.
@ Gustovivskiy - Both the loaning team and the team they are loaned to can nominate their riders.

@kumazan: No need to nominate riders for U23's, the squads for the Under 23's will be based on eligible riders whether or not they have been nominated.
If Srigar does not make the Elite RR three man Slovenian team he will be in the U23 RR Slovenian team. To be honest with you Slovenia could do with all the nominations they can get with Spilak and Brajkovic part of inactive teams.
