That's what they want. Unipublic's wet dream would be a Vuelta composed by 20 irrelevant stages and everything decided in the 21st (which would be 50km long and with an uphill finish with insane slopes).
Seriously, TTTs under 30km are crap, but ridicuslously short and technical TTTs are just a deliberate waste of a day of racing.
