Put the designed values in fkIDcalendar1/2/3 in DYN_team (see STA_calendar). Probably you'll want to put 13 in them, which is "ASIE" in STA_calendar.

Does somebody knows how the game generates sponsor goals ?

I would like to influence the goals with the editor...

It's probably related to the sponsor region/regions of interest, and perhaps by the favorite races, but other than changing those, there's not much you can do (unless you're talking about changing goals in-career). Either way, the goals doesn't matter much.
