Not work for me Sad , i have patch my PCM to 1.3 and follow the steps correctly but the name still Filip Gilou, Cape Erwans etc

Did you select the DB in game?

Also, keep in mind this was released for the first Patch, it's quite outdated now (not that this would make it not work, but some features of the patch can't be 'used' with this DB).
