the big lie
"additional new online mode" and the thruth was they replaced one mode with another
and now they are focusing a lot on armada mode because has many bugs and will concentrate less on carrer mode bugs
i'mnot fan of offline,so doesn't affect me,but affect me online where i needed a normal online with minitours, real teams

Actually, I don't have many complains, it's a very decent game.
Just the fact that you can't edit races in the standard database anymore, what's that about?

sounds nice! the last pcm i played was the 2010 version.
i got 3 options now, 1. stay with 2010 2. get 2011 or 3. get 2012...
what im wondering abt now: is 2012 better than 2011?
and since i havent played my old pcm 2010 in a while mostly cos i got kind of bored of it after playing it excessively for quiet some time. do you guys think pcm 2012 is a big enough progress (compared to 2010) so that itll bring me back to playing the pcm series?

Personally, I like 12 the best.
The AI is much better than in 11.
I'm waiting for the patch though, so I can finally start my career decently. (with a new patch you have to restart career) |

On PCM 2011 you didn't go bankrupt at all. Maybe just at the end of the season. Let me know how it turned out! |

You can't actually go bankrupt as far as I know. You just can't offer contracts with more than 2k/months wage, neither for renewing nor for signing new riders. Also, you can't scout for a new sponsor (I'm not sure about this part), so if your contract with the sponsor ends, you'll get some offers at the end of the season from rather bad sponsors. By and by, your team will get pretty bad.
It'd be great if someone could confirm this, though, as I've never been in this situation

Is this so fucking hard to make the game even slightly realistic and force some splits in the mountains? It's peleton all the way to the last climb and then few groups 40+ riders just ridiculous. But we have armada...

I have realistic mountain splits and sprints, but no doping options, damn it!

Single - not tried career yet. Although, the going wisdom is it's harder to find realistic mountain results in single stages or single stage races. I've been using the following DB [https://pcmdaily.com/infusions/pro_download_panel/download.php?did=845] up until installing the PCM Daily Expansion on Tuesday. Only run 4 or 5 test mountain stages with it so far but I'm seeing similar results. Nothing weird so far.

Playing on Expansion Pack with newest patch not a single rider was dropped on Col de la Madeleine(26km 6%)...so appalling.

Sure there is, but only in career mode, it's called "training camp" I think. Btw, apparently if you go there playing with Team Sky you get double stat bonus - but only if you take your TdF climbers, no other riders whatsoever

Out of curiosity i ran today's stage in single stage mode, lastest patch, PCM.daily's Expansion Pack, difficulty normal. I played Team Argos and just watched the stage to see what would happen, now i'm new to PCM and i'm not a 'hardcore' cycling fan but it seems to me to be a reasonably realistic result.
