Alright then did not see ur message. When i go over the file type is TGA, which i need correct?? And okay moving on lol

Are you talking about the bit depth of the .tga file? It's in the guide and I'd already mentioned (32-bit .tga).

Never mind that  I got it putting it in the game part.... I did as it says and my jersey does not come up :/ |

What comes up? A jersey like this?
Oh, and when does it not come up? In the actual 3D race or in the pre-selection screen?

Both in race and loading screen
Okay i think i know what happened i moved all the files onto a flash drive and put it on my laptop(where i have the game installed) I did this because my connection is really bad on my laptop. I don't Adobe photoshop or Paint.net. I thought by moving files i would not have to download them lol  Ohh well... i guess i have to download them now.

Okay need some help. I have saved the shirt/jersey correctly and i am still not getting it to come up. I went back and made my corrections. I made sure i have 32 bit and that the file isn't compressed RLE. What is could i be missing??

Well if your shirt is in the correct size and format, then your problem must be implementing it to the game. Maybe this guide helps:

Yes i did all of tht. Only thing i can think of is that it might not be the right size. Format is tga so i knw tht is right. I did not do it right the first time but i did go back and make corrections. |

Well size should be 455x313 pixels. Maybe you can attach the jersey so I can see if it's a problem in the file?

Could you post a screen of the jersey not appearing? (open the game, select the team which should use the jersey and take the screen of which jersey you can see in 3D).
Edit: I have Photoshop and have created some stuff in it And any other image editor will work as well.

y do u need me to do that when i already told you it does not work in the game. I understand that in the loading screen it is still going to to have the original c00. But when i get to the race the jersey should change. I still think the size is not right. Cuz when i looked at another teams jersey on photo shop the jersey was smaller than any other team. But would that really be the problem?? |

I just wanted to see what you meant by 'not working'. Because you've used the wrong template. That template is for PCM 5-7, like this:

If you take a look at any recent PCM shirt, or shirt in the shirt DB, or shirt in the Graphics forum, you'll see they're completely different (the size is the same, but the template is another one). Why would Cyanide make us add a big white square around the shirts? Both the links I give you on post #2 have the correct template for PCM 08-11. In post #4 I even mention that there was that article which had a template of shirt for PCM 5-7.
Anyway, the shirt should "work" in PCM 8-11, since it's in the correct file size and format. But here's how it would look like:

Okay i clicked in ur second link. Which it took me to a page where i can get templates. I clicked the link and i got a file of template. But it says the template has an error. |
