If you're talking about career gameplay, this will be done automatically. I assume you're therefore talking about if you want to play it in single player mode.
You'll need to edit the DB to change the current TdF stages for the ones from a variant you want to play. You can save some time if you open the variant .descr file of that tour on the folder 'variant' in CM_Stages. Any editor except for the official one will work.

If I understood you right, what you want is, in single player play with one of the variants, for example the 2008 TdF? If yes, then it's what I said: you'd need to edit the DB to replace the current stages by the stages from the variant you want.
It's not much work, so if you tell which variant you want to play, I can do it for you and attach the DB.

Ok, you need to edit the DB (STA_race) and replace the stages. You can find an editor here and here you can find an explanation of what each column of STA_race means.

why in the historia calendar, the tour of lankawi is on january? Why are the dates dont corrent in any races? For example: vuelta a andalucia 2012. |
