It is not possible to combine two DBs. That said, it is recommended to install two DBs into the same game even if it may work.
If you really want to play two careers using different DBs, then I could provide you further information how to do it. |

And with this db we can't use any other bikes, we only can use the predefined bikes?

If you're talking about PCM 11 bikes, they are in no way compatible and I don't think there's a way to convert it (unless you spend a lot of effort in it).
You can try to, by editing the .cdb file, combine this DB with the equipment from another one (such as Daily's 2011 DB for PCM 10).

Of course you can save and modify the database. Just use one of the editors, which can be found in the download section (to the left) in your case you might want to use the fast editor, but you could also use the one in my signature. |

me too have this problem...I don't want to play with the random bikes, wheels and helmets...can I put the equipment of pcm daily 2011 db in the db 2012???? |

I'm not very familiar with Lachi's editor.. can you open the tables as Excel files? Well, the Full Editor and the Excel editor do that, so you can use one of them. If you have the tables of the DB as files, then you can copy and paste from one DB to another.
