what do you mean thread? isnt it a database? wouldnt it be in the downloads?

Well for some reason this isn't in the downloads section, probably because this is just a preview rather than the complete thing (as Teddy said, there's still a lot of stuff missing for a 2012 DB). So the only downloadable link you'll find is in the thread created about the DB. The creators normally post the link there (only admins can add stuff to the downloads section), then the admins download it and host on PCMdaily (=add to the downloads section).

You have to open the database in an "editor". In some editors the table DYN_team is only called team but you should find it eventually. |

This is not a folder but a table in the database itself.
You need to open the database using an editor.
That table can be edited using the editor which came with the game. But if you want to further edits, you need to use one of the editors which can be found in the download section (or in my signature) |

i made 2 teams in the Database can i give them a shirt in there too because i'm playing with PCM 2011. I made GreenEDGE and a team of my own but now they are wearing FDJ, Movistar and Liquigas Cloths. |

You could download a 2012 DB such as PCMDaily's and save yourself all the work (plus get a lot of other features)
