No, PCM 11 .zcts files won't work in PCM 10 editor, neither will the finished stages (at least they don't work in the stage viewer, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't work in game as well). Therefore the only way to get the stages for PCM 10 would be to re-do the stage, but I think that at least if you export the water/road network it might work in the PCM 10 editor (so you'd only need to recreate cities, fields/forests).

hello again,
I'm currently working on a new project, it isn't a stage. It's a saved file with only the roads of major climbs. No graphical content as you can add it yourself. So there a only roads with the (almost) perfect % of the climbs.
It's much much much work so on't expect it very soon.
I hope it will serve as an aid for people who want to create stages but aren't very fond of mastering the stage-editor skills.
The full package will contain around 15 mythical climbs all in the same area (italian-swiss border).
Small update:
-Stelvio North
-Stelvio South
-Umbrailpass
are done.
Maximum difference in average % with irl is 0,3% so i hope you guys don't worry about that.
*I don't only look at the percentages of the climbs but also at amount of hairpins etc... so you may expect a Stelvio that has many tornantes.
I'd like to have youre opinion about this project.
Thanks and greets.
Sam

Update
What is already finished:
Passo dello Stelvio X2*
Passo di Gavia X2
Umbrailpass
Passo del Tonale X2
Peio Terme
Aprica X2
MortiroloX2
Berninapass X2
Forcola di Livigno X2
Maloja Pass X2
Splügenpass X2
Fuornpass X2 (Ova Spin)
Julierpass X2
Passo del Fascagno X2
Passo d'Eira X2
Flüelapass X2
Albulapass X2
extra:
- The road that goes from Tirano to Bormio is also covered since it is an important road in that area.
-Tunnel at Livigno lake is also made.
Remember my stage to San Genesio? i'll probably make a package from that one also wich will contain:
Passo Giau
Passo Falzarego
Passo Pordoi
Passo Fedaia
Passo di Gardena
and a few less "mythical climbs" but that will be for after the first project.
* X2 = both sides.
Probably another update later today.
Any suggestions for what should be covered?

I don't know if you should include more but it's looking awesome. Congrats on this project, can be very useful for beginners looking to create their fantasy stages

Thank you very much Luigi! What i thought is maybe including the climb to Merano 2000 or Bormio 2000 and some other things but i'll give it a go now. Should be uploaded in a few minutes.

Roadpack by sam1196
This roadpack is a .zcts file, with means you can open it with the stage editor just like a normal stage. Just make your route add sprints and KoM sprints a start and a finish line and you are ready to go!
Note: Not all connection roads are made so make sure to have a .gpx file for the stage you wan't to make. In case a road used by your stage isn't in the pack you can make it yourself.
Features:
Passo dello Stelvio X2*
Passo di Gavia X2
Umbrailpass
Passo del Tonale X2
Peio Terme
Aprica X2
MortiroloX2
Berninapass X2

As you might know the maximum width for a stage is 250kms so those 4 climbs can never be in one package.
Personally i think Pico de Veleta isn't that interesting because there are almost no other major climbs. So it would just be a package with only that climb. But I might consider doing it if i find some time.
