There's no specific rider, just specific faces (bodies, actually). Anyway, if you just try to read the things that appear on the screen when you are creating a new cyclist, you'd see inside "Textures" the box "Skin". You just add what the name of the skin: if it's Basso_face, Basso_arms, etc, you put "Basso". Not that hard..
