And XP wise of course. If you get into Avenir, and select some of these U23 guys because you do not have 9 eligible U23 riders in your team as it stands, theyll get the 20 xp for that.

I take it you want that jersey used over the usual Tinkoff one Oleg?
Sure, thats fine - anyone else is free to do the same aswell if they like, otherwise your U23 team will wear the jersey of your elite team.

Vespa would love to sponsor an Italian team.
Colombia would love to sponsor a Colombian team.
Gotta wait obviously based on the rules to see if we can enter. |

Ultimately it will depend on the interest - if 24 managers with just 1 team want a chance of an U23 team, they probably ought to be prioritised over managers who have 2 elite teams.

It's only riders in stagiares and FA that can be chosen right?

Red Bull Cycling would like to sponsor a team, we are based of course in the United States. But logically Adam Semple and Michael Matthews would be our chosen riders for Avenir.
Therefore we would be thrilled to sponsor a squad from Australia. |

Scenario 1 - Your team is the only team from you country
Who picks the riders? You do
Scenario 2 - Your team is not the only team from your country
Who picks the riders? You do, with a twist.
You list the FAs you want in order of priority, and then based on that list, and the list of other managers with teams from that country, Ill then tell you who youve got
So SotD already fits into Scenario 2, so cant have picked his riders yet (Beyond working out who he would like to have)
