Weird? What's weird with 'babbelegoegies', Or in English fight? I don't understand why you think it's weird....
EDIT: Just found out in Drenthe they also use that word, with another meaning...
Wait, babbelegoegies is (also) 'Drents' isn't it?
Well, I must disappoint you, I barely speak any word 'Drents' since I live in a city, and not on the countryside...
But well, when I'm in Friesland sometimes, I sometimes hear people talk and it sounds a bit weird.. But that's just me, don't feel attacked or something

We've had some freaky storms here. We had a tremendouse 3 foot blizzard in December 2010. And then as it started melting we got 6 more inches. Worst I've see (At home at least), I should be lucky for that. Although I hate how Global Warming keeps giving us snow storms aof 1 and a half feet in October... Halloween has been cancelled here 2 years in a row . We also had two hurricanes, which are not usually a threat to us... and an earthquake (not big)... maybe the apocalypse has begun!

Django Unchained, Tarantino? Haven't seen it yet, only released right about now and I can't stand going to the movies with a full room of people eating popcorn and slurping their cokes
We have similar opinion on poprcorn eaters then.
I watched the scene release and i will go to the cinema to see it for the second time on Sunday most likely. Great movie, i can only recommend it!
I liked The Hobbit also, maybe more than actual LOTR trilogy...

Just say it Ian, you actually want to see yourself winning that new member thingy.
It would be nice, but the competition is big, you know
(especially TMM, with all his projects and great contribution to the site)
Though it's the only award you can only win once

If we start discussing it now, it will last for days and somebody will name it the way he wants anyway
Another thing, in de awards-news:
his many posts (of which some are useful, despite everything)
Some are useful? despite everything?
What does that mean? What's everything?
I know most early posts might not have been useful (first timer on a forum), but I reckon nearly all my post in the last few months have been usefull, though.
Still, very happy with 2 awards, in my first year

Most members of this site have never gotten an award. You get 2 and you haven't been on 8 months. You have no room for complaining.
