Only Admins can see the threads at the moment - I hid them after the deadline passed to stop any more votes.
But only CrueTrue can see the voting results, so as Alakagom says, will probably announce them sometime after his return from USA

So you're saying that you are hiding the results off the votes untill you are ready to show them to the public?
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

Nope, Im saying polls closed so the threads are hiding to stop any more voters
I havent a clue what the results are. Theyre hidden from the Admins as well, only CrueTrue knows, and he isnt here

Perfect timing...Less than 1 month until the big exam time at University and now the internet decided to make a break.
Less than 1/20 of the supposed speed and not even the technical support was able to help. Just great. |

Tech support was helpful enough to tell me that my modem is fucked and that it cant be fiyed till tuesday...

I should have 16 Mbs and have less than 2 Mbs when having good times...
They already changed my modem but it`s the same as well with the newest version.
But for some reason the upload is still having 100% power.

Except for the detail that you already changed your modem, I have the excact same occurence... Full Upload but nowhere near half the download speed...

And I definitely won`t ask for another technical support again as they are saying that you have to pay the bill if the problem is not on their side. And by changing the modem already they will quite probably say that it must be on my end.
In the modem settings you can see that ~16 Mbs are sent to me but it just isn`t reaching my computer, neither other computers connected to this router... |

To be frank, when I went from dial-up to an inconsistent 0.5-3 Mb/s plan it was orgasmic. And now I'm on a consistent 8.5 Mb/s and it's literally heaven. I don't see how anything higher than 1Mb can be that annoying to deal with, depending on how much downtime you get.
But of course it's really stupid that ISPs rip us off like they do. |

Well, UPC isnt really all that bad for that. They are arseholes, but they dont charge you for the replacement of the modem...

I can still load pages etc. Some of them take a few seconds longer than normal. But I need to download quite a lot of University stuff. And instead of 5min it takes more than 1h now. And this annoys me in my learning sessions a lot, when really needing a program and not being able to get it as quick as expected.
@miggi: Not for the modem. This was for free. At least I have no bill yet. But if the technical guy doesn`t find any problem you have to pay the guy. And he takes 8€/10min plus ~20€ standard price.
This would have been ~70€ for the last time where it was for free luckily.

I managed to get my VMBO degree without any learning for the exams, although that was before the rules changed

Experienced the same this year in VWO 4. It got way more work than it used to be in the first three classes
I admit that yours might be worse, since your level is a little bit higher... Still guess the level of our lessons is comparable, just that you have quite a few lessons in the English language...

And I have Latin, which is a lot of studying as well. It's easier than French and German though, if you study enough. Luckily, I can drop French at the end of this year, then my only 3 languages left will be Dutch, English and Latin
Oh, and sorry for bringing this up again, this is my last request for anybody who hasn't done so yet to like this screenshot for the Cyanide PCM Christmas event

I've never done so much Latin, but with all its modes or cases, I'm quite surprised it may be harder than French. |

I've done a bit of latin, but I can stop whenever I want. I swear!

French is quite hard to study imo with all the grammatical exceptions.
