He was never suspended, he was withdrawn from racing by Sky but he certainly had no suspension

That's not really a surprise regarding IAM, they never looked like being a long term project. Of course it's a pity they are pulling out but just not surprising

IAM were a nice PCT team and an atrocious WT team. When you overstep your means like that, you can't get results, and it's just a matter of time before the team implodes.

They never had secure sponsorship so only offered 1 year contracts which really limited who signed for the team.
This is one of the big problems with the WT, they should stop promoting teams and just give out more wildcards unless they want to see more teams fall short on budget and fold.
