For the stage information (profile, lenght, time gap etc) open the .cds file with the PCM 10 Stage Viewer (click in Open Stage Data in the 'File' menu). If you don't have PCM 10 you can try with the PCM 11, but there are less information on it. I've never heard of that race tbh so I don't know the country, but you can use google for that.

Finally seeing as he made them for a British DB, you can just find it (I don't think there are many BDBs out there), then open the .cdb file and look up the information concerning that race.

Its in Northern Ireland. And as lluuiiggii says, if you have the stages it is very easy to find out the details.
