I wish I could get TDF 13, but those damn emulators don't work for crap. They just want me to answer surveys and pick viral prizes.

Me too, I still own a PS2 from like 2004 or something, never played console games again unless I'm at a friends house. Usually I do everything on the computer.

The game is available in the XBox Marketplace and PSN Store. If you mean PCM13, the code generator thing doesn't work, you just have to buy or get a license. Sadly, I don't think I can give my others to you legally, as the game does not originate within the US.

I have PCM 13. I can't get TDF 13 because I don't have a console to run it.
