Would definitely be a nice idea There would be indeed many races, as I've done quite a lot of those smaller ones to become better in stage-making. Also I like this small races.. I will post the report soon!

I'll answer that question as quick as possible
Here's Schromm's stats and 'stars' remaining:
I'm quite happy with his development so far. He's even better than Dabid Lander (who's 77 in climbing) because he's not that bad as Lander in Flat. Both, Schromm and Lander, are quite useful domestiques in the mountains already.. and the Adirondack-tour is a perfect fit, though both aren't in best shape.

Although we hadn't expected that much here (due to average fitness-levels), Team Dark Dog is disappointed with the overall result. Our best climbers within the Acadamy (Lander, Schromm, Pajuelo) showed, that they can climb without being in best shape, but they all lost way too much time on the hilly stage, which blew all our GC-chances! Otherwise a Top-10-result would have been possible, as Lander finished 8th in both mountain-stages.. Christian Knees was just dominating here in the Adirondacks! Though he lost his leader-jersey in 2nd stage to Lloyd, he attacked early in final climb and destroyed his opponents. Well done!

Not the best result for the academy. Stage 3 was fine I think in the top 10, but bad luck on the 2nd with the split. |

Two decent stages for Lander, 8th on the 1st and 3rd stage, but apart from that no good. However, the Academy is young team and to compete against guys like Knees and Lloyd aged -25 isn't easy!

Definitely a very good result for the Academy here! But it's a bit frustrating, too - missing a win that close is always bad luck. Phil Lavery set a perfect late attack and he would have deserved a win out of this, we think. He wanted the win here in Britain, but he will live with this 2nd, we are sure.
