Haven't looked through the thread, but when I was finished downloading it and clicked the .exe it said that the file was removed due to security reasons. What is wrong?
Do I need to download it all over again? |

I still can't get this working. Norton blocked it, and when I got it through Norton it said the file didn't exist. What is wrong? Anyone, please help.
And please upload somewhere else than RapidShare - one download at a time sucks... And when the torrent doesn't work I must try RapidShare links...

As I just told you on PCMFreaks - the solution is to get rid of Norton. Not for the sake of installing the PCM.daily DB, but simply because you will do yourself a huge favour by doing so. |

Was the last stage an ITT? Weird, I noticed this in another DB I won some notional ITT and didn't get any money. Is this a well known bug? |

Was the last stage an ITT?
I think the last stage was a time trial on chams ellyses. I dont remember if it was an individual or team time trial but i think it was a individual... Have you got any answers og hints to the problem``?? I would be very very glad if that was the case  |

I cannot make the game run in FULL SCREEN after I installed patch. How do I make it stick? I have to local.db (or what it is called), to read only. Is this why? |

if you install correctly, then you should not have to make it read only.

I believe I have done everything that is suggested in the thread: I've read all of it.
I've ensured that the game is running under patch 1.3.0.0
I then ran the expansion file's exe file, sent the results of that to an empty folder, copied the cbd file and the local file into mydocs/PCM 2012/mod/database (and to progfiles (x86)/Cyanide/PCM 2012/Database))
I have changed the local.cbd fiile to read only in both locations.
And yet I still have minor nations with purple flags, I still have riders racing with no bikes or helmets, I still have a mess of team names on the equipment selection page, and no access to TT equipment, I still have a 236km mass start race over the Plouay course as the Australian Time Trial championship, and I still have no realistic kit for BMC/Omega/Radioshack.
Any advice? |

You say you installed the .exe to an empty folder, right? Then did you copy/cut or install it to the PCM folder as well? (C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\PCM12 if you have the steam version; C:\Program Files\Cyanide\PCM12 if you have disk/DL version).
As for the Local, did you also copy it to simply My Docs/PCM12 (and no Mod/Database), overwriting the current "Local.cdb" that is there?

Yep:I ran the exe file with the PCM folder as the target: I copied both the expansion cbd file, and the local.cbd that carried the same creation date, to every place that it looked remotely applicable: mydocs/PCM2012, mydocs/pcm2012/mod/database, and program files (x86)/Cyanide/pcm 2012/database.
I honestly cannot see what is suggested that I haven't done. Is the fact that I have .NET 4, rather than 3.5, relevant? |

Can't see how would that change.
But here's the thing: the Local.cdb is quite random, most times it works but every now and then some people's game have big problems "accepting" it for whatever reason. However, the equipment/stages/etc is much more "simple", I can't see how it wouldn't work unless the person installs the files to the wrong folder.
Could you post a screen from your main PCM folder (Program Files/Cyanide/PCM12)? Perhaps that should help clarifying it. And just to be sure, you don't have the steam version right?

Can I make Exp. pack 1.3 compatible with patch 1.4? Just reinstalled and installed pack, but it doesn't appear on the list ingame. I made Local.cdb readable only. |

If you have the pink squares problem after installing the latest patch, attached is the PCMDaily Local.cdb compatible with Patch 1.4.0.0. Rename it to "Local" and copy the file to My Documents/PCM12, overwriting the old one.

Hm, the 1.2.0.0 -> 1.3.0.0 update has 3 files: 2 of 972 MB (one of them being the .exe) and another of 935 MB.
