I'm not sure I realised that I only entered one race in February until now. Guess I'm gonna have to try and claw my way back up the rankings in March.

Second victory in a first season . But I thought Ulissi will finish higher than 10th . |

Well pcm 15 must be the doubles game: first with Allianz at Toowomba, now twice in Mallorca with Renova and the inactive Albert Heijn. Thanks Bikex!
This seem to happen mostly in challenging stages with a sprint finish. Usually it happens this way: A rider wants to leadout his leader and pushes hard -> nobody places himself on the back wheel of the sprinter -> 2 riders of one team get a big gap and decide the result between themselves.
First two stages of Pais Vasco and first of National Capital Tour posted.
I made some very nice crash pictures at the first stage of Pais Vasco, a lot of leaders fell on the slippery roads, but then with 50 kilometres to go also my computer crashed so I had to redo the stage. This result shouldn't upset anyone. |

Oh it happened again... and again in Allianz' favour...
Hopefully this won't have a huge effect in GTs because that's where you win in and lose most of the points.
Well not a bad start for us in Pais Vasco with Gilbert doing what he does best. Moser getting some top 10s means he's there for the harder stages, while Zilioli and Wackermann grab a nice 5th and 6th. Bodes well for the next years while the most impressive so far is Ratto for sure, why doesn't he overperform like that in my MG team
Thanks Bikex
EDIT: Also nice to see that 'The Cat' is provisionally in the top 5 somehow considering that he was involved in no breaks as far as I've seen hehe

De Gendt and Nieve not losing any time aside from Gilbert in Paris Vasco, why did I make this race a goal again?
It'll all come down to mountains stat having an effect or De Gendt having a great TT if we want to make something out of this race. At least the two other goals are RVV and PR.
Thanks for the fast results though bikex

A good team effort so far in Pais Vasco, some more aggresive riding would be nice though.
Crashes canceling crashes is ok
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

No expectations for Pais Vasco so it's good enough to see Geschke still with the majority of sub top favourites.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

That was some reeeeaaaal good Belgian beans on show. Ideal start to the race, the team look like they have offered up some great support 'n' all. Harder stages to come though!
trek - Well currently he is being out-performed by Pauwels! That transfer we made really going in my favour right now! Though De Gendt could be a podium threat in races like Guatemala, Deutschland tour and could have a good GT.
Bikex - Shame about the crash, but glad you overcame it swiftly. |

Actually good tactics, give our one shot at redemption some rest. Just so long as MADRAZO WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?

I asked Bikex, actually. Got a reply saying "Oh sure we need more balance in the game " Expecting performance boosts from Bewley, Madrazo and Bennett anytime now

Some top tens. Better than nothing. Harrison beating Dowsett is interesting but then again I don't think Dowsett has ever done a decent TT in ICL for some reason.
Nice to see Simon up there with the best on stage one but he doesn't quite have the power yet to get a good overall result. Really hoping for some success to match last year in this race but not going to happen.

Great to get a jersey in Vuelta a Mallorca - its 'only' the young rider but its nice to get a 1st place. New boy Edmondson also managed 4th in GC.
I thought Dumoulin would lead the team in Pais Vasco but Jan Barta is our best placed rider, he will do well to hold on to his 19th place.

1 win per RD rate for Talansky so far
Hopefully he can keep his lead until the end, should be far from impossible

Fiskars go back to WT
Groenewegen & Kruijswijk showing nothing at one of the few chances they get, while Chernetskiy has a decent ride for a Top 10 GC

Horner really shows that age doesn't matter.
We just need to secure the second place overall now in Capital Tour!
Wiggo and Simon Gerrans!

Got to check my results for the first time this season! Skjerping with a historical first win for ING. Rosskopf almost taking KoM and sprinters standings in I thought Algarve! Also Reijnen with his 1-2 place in KoM standings. A excellent start! |
