30 mins-1hour for me, and I changed my team quite a lot from last year. I knew what I wanted and I bidded on them.

Guys have to build a new team from scratch though, probably not knowing how easy you can run out of money and thus re-starting multiple times. 3-4 hours sounds about right for the first initial transfer - I don't think I was any faster the first time around. But I'm sure it'll be faster from here on out, the first transfer just takes the longest. It does take time, but lucky enough, it's also fun.

Bikex will release a new version of the DB as soon as R1.1 is over (should be today or tomorrow). There you'll see who you already signed. Then you will get the chance to change your bids on a couple of riders which had multiple riders at a similar wage level. The list of riders where you can do this will come to you via pm.

Not sure what you ask exactly but rider-transfers between two teams work in two ways: Rider + Money or Rider for Rider. Team transfers will happen after the bidding transfer rounds, so if you miss out on your favourite riders there's still a chance later on to get them.
