The thing is Alakagom, that the standings is determined by their positions in all stages. And the one who has the lowest sum, is better on GC. Morabito was 21, 22 and 12 (They don't count third stage), and he has the lowest score of 55 among those with 1:32 behind. The scores for rest of them are like this.
VdB-66
Martin-67
Sanchez-90
Uran-92
Pardilla-93
Cunego-95
Danielson-99
Kiserlovski-105
Carrara-107
Cataldo-117
Menchov-119
Szmyd-129
Levi-144
Kruyswiyk-158
Stetina-176
We could really see a mass sprint for example in sixth stage where every position could count. |

If not for albasini the fight to get a one second gap would be pretty interesting
1. Simon
2. Uran
3. Szmyd
Uran almost had it at the end.
Morabito dropped...

Simon sprinted for what, like 300m uphill? He almost exploded.

Nice one for Simon. Albasini might have this one in the bag. |

Glad people see that after pointing it out 3 days ago Only joking
1 | Michael Albasini (Swi) GreenEdge Cycling Team | 17:23:51 | | 2 | Jurgen Van Den Broeck (Bel) Lotto Belisol Team | 0:01:32 | | 3 | Daniel Martin (Irl) Garmin-Barracuda | | | 4 | Samuel Sanchez Gonzalez (Spa) Euskaltel-Euskadi | | | 5 | Rigoberto Uran Uran (Col) Sky Procycling |
Tomorrow should be intresting. It will be a full on mass sprint, and every climber will try to position himself well, with Uran being decent sprinter he might win more places than usually, and so very deservedly move up the rankings to 2nd in GC.

I'll be amazed if no one crashes tomorrow in the sprint.

This is ridiculous. Michael Albasini winning Catalunya through? This race is crap now that the biggest stage was taken out to make the time gaps blown.
Tomorrow is basically a mass sprint stage, but who can win. I'd say that the whole pack gets wiped out... exept for Albasini, because he has all the luck.
Seriously, when the world ends, the only living things left will be Keith Richards, cocharoaches, and Michael Albasini.

He'll feel sorry for Albasini as well. |

Wow, that was quite a sprint from Simon. Amazing, it felt like he was sprinting at his maximum for minutes |

Simon had some fairly good results in hilly races for quite some time (especially in france).
Thanks to all the great *cough* downhill finishes here he has a chance to win a stage. Good for him.
But boy, how dumb that the GC (behind albasini) is decided by sprint placings... |

In a race with so many downhill finishes, whose idea was it to have no time bonuses?
