Yes, any story can be nominated. In my understanding, it doesn't need to be created in 2012, doesn't need to in PCM11/12 and it doesn't even need to be active all the time (f.e. Squire's DC story which iirc wasn't active at the time of the awards, but still got the 2010 best story of the year prize). All it needs is that people think it was the best story on that year

Looking forward to the awards, i like them much. However my only shot at nomination came last year with nomination for the best new member (you know i should have won that,as the winner and 2nd are barely here this year).
Now i will only vote and try to make Sagan Tourminator season every year, so i can win with longish lasting project somewhere in 2020.

But it'll be hard though. Member of the year, now that's a hard one!
Chosing stories won't be easy, too. Though my votes might go to Petronas (team story) and Puccio (one rider story)  But there were/are just so many great stories! |

Indeed, the rewards last year were great, sadly i'd not long joined meaning i had no chance at a nominations, maybe this year i will get a story into the nominations though it seems unlikely, so many great ones out there, I think for me it'll be A tale of two, and Petronas that get the vote
