Sounds fun
Promotion to PCT shouldn't be too hard.
Isn't 85 MO a bit high for a MO limit? As in: Dominating?

About adding young and talented free agents to Continental teams, I can really recommend it. So far Villella has won three times and Ewan and Howson twice.
I don't know about evolution yet, because I'm only in april, but it looks promising.
About my own achievements. I decided to pick Bardiani again because I really enjoyed them last time.
I won Laigueglia with Colbrelli and two stages in the Settimana Ciclista Lombarda with Battaglin, losing the GC by only 2" because of bonifications in the last stage. I rode top 10 in MSR with Modolo and was 2nd with Battaglin in the last non-TT stage of TA.
In order to promote to WT, I was having a fierce fight with Europcar in the CQ ranking, but then Turgot decided to win E3 and podium RvV, so now they're already 400 CQ points ahead. No big deal though, as I only have 17 riders and none of them are actually world class (yet). It's better to stay in PCT for one more year. |

Started a new career with Siemens Cycling Team. Shortly, team is WT and pretty competitive with strong squad. I didn't care too much about nations, but Germany flag has to dominate, since it's German sponsor. Will update about this.
Here is squad:
Also i just have to mention kyle and his great work on jersey and NCs. It's simply stunning.

Nice team above!
Is the EPIC DB playable for career by the way. I'm thinking of adding my custom riders to Bardiani, then giving that a roll! |

@North Team looks nice! Having some chances on every terrain, but never dominating.
@Hobbit Yeah playable. Considered it as well

Orica GreenEdge once again here, for Le Tour week 1.
Stage 1: The expected mass sprint was won by Cav. Matthews 8th, Tuft grabs polkadots
Stage 2: Sprint by a big group (85 riders). Sagan wins and takes yellow. Gerrans 5th.
Stage 3: On the last hill Weening breaks away. He wasn't seen back until after the line. No time difference, Hagen takes yellow. As bonus for me, Clarke takes polkadots
Stage 4: Quicksimmed TTT. Sky wins, Omega 2nd, Orica 3rd. Hagen holds yellow.
Stage 5: Gerrans breaks away on last hill, holds on. Clarke fortifies polkadot lead.
Stage 6: Normal sprint. Kittel wins, Impey best at 14th.
Stage 7: Another sprint. Kittel wins again. Froome has to abandon due to a crash. Matthews 9th.

It does bother me, yeah.
I don't use goals, I only use clicking bars up and down.
For leaders and main helpers, I do that accurate. For the others, I just give them a decent form in races they have to be useful, but I won't let them peak.
That way, it takes less long, especially since I devide everyone in groups.

It takes some time in the beginning, but it's worth it later on. What I did with OGE is let my domestiques peak for the GT they will ride, and for the rest of the year I make sure they are in a decent shape (around 3). That saves a lot of time, but still ensures you your domestiques are doing well. The leaders are first though. Then the races themselves. First I do the GTs, then other races with sponsor goals. Then come the build-up races. In the end I do the races that don't matter and fill them up with some of my domestiques and go aim for stage wins.
edit: @Jesleyh: Weening doesn't matter anymore?

I got three second places out of four stages in the Giro, five stages if you count the TTT.
Two of them were actually very, very close.

Let's hope this is an omen for the real Tour...

First rest day in the Giro, two more second places, making a total of five second places out of eight stages (TTT excluded). I rode top ten in the others as well.
The last one was totally my own fault though. Jungels, De Clercq and Pirazzi (me) were the last three survivors of an early breakaway, heading for the finish line. I had very little red bar left, so I didn't want to launch my sprint too early. In the end, I lost the sprint by the smallest margin and still had the same amount of red bar left. Stupid...

Okay, so to get my motivation for PCM going again, I started a completely new and strange project. I'm playing with a custom team and the constraint to only have one rider from a certain country at any given time. Also, the aim is to win every single race with a rider from the respective country. Since I also include the .2 races, I'm starting as a continental team and will probably stay there for quite a while, at least until I find a strong Korean climber We'll see how long I'll stay true to these conditions ^^
So far, Greg Henderson won the NZ Cycle Classics. Next up is Valley of the Sun stage race with Craddock. Here's the team:
Here's a little update: The season continued to be very successful, Radoslav Rogina won the Istrian Trophy and Lawson Craddock won Valley of the Sun, Volkswagen Classic and the Tour of the Gila, only failing in the Joe Martin Stage Race. Currently, Sam Bennett is going for the An Post Race although that will be really tough. Still fun though

I just wanted to know, am I the only one who doesn't plan their season? I just look at the objectives and change something if there are too many riders for a race. Of course I do the schedule, but I barely ever get to the Giro because I just do every race Now I just play for my story really, keeps it going fast.

I do like others do and plan the major riders accurately and then domestiques are a rough guide. I like to use the scheduled races option to get a guide and then fine tune the columns

Not planning seems a bad idea IMO.
You really have a lot of profit from planning, form makes a big difference.

I did one season unplanned and it went as well as a planned season so now I don't plan my season |

What I do is I just look at the races when I get there and pick riders who fit the terrain and are on good form (in the races I've been playing) not whether their fitness is 1 or 4. That's why I don't plan. Say I give Adam Hansen 20 race days when I'm planning, and I give Thomas Voeckler 67. Now say Hansen does really well at the start of the season and Voeckler absolutely fails. I want to give Hansen more race days and Voeckler less, but if I do then my planning all goes weird and takes another age to fix.
