As you made the bid in round 2, the riders will sign after the conclusion of round 3. Until then they'll state that they got a bid. If you download the updated DB you'll see all riders that you bid for are "In Negotiations". If no-one else bids on them they'll sign for you in the next update. |

4 new riders on the team, but still have tons of budget at my disposal. Perhaps I'm too cautious? But right now my priority is to fill my U23 roster, then will use to fill out the main roster. But then again with that mindset I may lose out on leaders availlable.

Cavendish  Great signing for us. I think we are slowly getting a really strong team! Have 2 more FA signings in the works then thats my team done! Hopefully we can land them otherwise its back to the drawing board

Just paste into A37 in your teams tab and it (hopefully) should work!
In case you face some errors in your transfer sheet, please follow this tip. (Also add 96 La Vie Claire if necessary)
Didn't think it would be a problem but apparently excel faces some issues in cases where you bid on a rider that a team that is missing from the sheet signed. |

The drop off in my team from Durbridge and Van Garderen to my 3rd best rider is going to be huge given budget constraints, but at least we might actually win a few races |

Leigh Howard is a fantastic signing at that price. Mollema too, I would've re-signed him if he hadn't been asking for a big price increase during renewals.
Also great to see Mane signed, it's only fair that the reigning U23 champ gets to move on to bigger things. Shirota and Kritskiy aren't exactly headline names, but two guys who I definitely had shortlisted and should be useful additions to their new teams.

Thanks for complementing my signing of Howard. And in fact, it wouldn't cost much to train him to SPR 80, which I might just do despite his age.
I had Mollema one rung down in a signing directive, a great deal at that wage. I forgot Mane was the reigning U23 champ, should have placed a bid.

Regarding the U23 rules, in the minimal 8-rider roster we can have 1 rider with AVG between 72.1 and 73.0 and one with AVG up to 73.5, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
