Landa dropped for 200 metres as Froome was close this made perfect sense, cost him barely no energy
Even CyclingNews forum seems to be more intelligent than here
Impressive first post, Arberg 2nd account? If we are so bad then why the hell did you came here?

I hope we still get a fight for the green jersey. Stage 16 an 19 are not that easy. If Sunweb sets a high tempo Kittel could get dropped early. Nothing against Kittel but I really don't like a pure Sprinter in green. Bling shows a lot of passion in this TDF. Maybe it will be Sagan vs. Mathews next year. |

Dude, he helped Contador when he was dropped early in one of those mt stages, even when he was in the long breakaway before. Had did a lot of work for Contador already. Mollema can't help Contador being bad because of his falls.. |

I am Froome fan cause Landa dropping 200 metres was the only correct decision?

Havnt seen the stage but it sounded like a blast. Great to have the first stage win for Trek by Mochema. Maybe Bertie adds a second Too bad Ag2R failed to distance Froome twice today, this could have meant the world. Dan Martin at least a guy always good for attacks.

Seeing as Quintana is so far off of form, really puts things into perspective with Contador's double attempt in 2015

He might be referring to AG2R's team attack on the descent?

this mountains in this race are ridiculous.
Planche des belles filles, Mont du Chat, Peyragudes, Mur de Peguere, today that climb. All well over 10% for the final 3 kms.
Looking forward to the Galibier but have no good faith in where the finish will be on Izoard

izoard its going to be sky stage as such as froome, 1st for froome and 2nd for landini and then froome goes to vuelta and wins it with poels on the top 10 aswell.
froome said that is was going to be better in la vuelta and in the 3rd week in this tour. |

Stage 18 is made for Froome. He's probably been waiting for that stage for the last two weeks. I can't see anyone putting over a minute into Froome over this last week before the time trial.
Unless there are any further punctures or running up mountains incidents of course

I thought he meant how Sky brought Froome back - They were riding close to the motos and later also the commissioners car

It's the responsibility of the cars and motorbikes not to provide assistance. Cyclists have and will take the slipstream of any vehicle they can get near to. As long as the Sky car isn't blatantly pacing them back or they physically hang onto a motorbike they have done nothing wrong.

The heated exchanged continued. Ryan suggested that the only other person to act like this (with the media) was Bruyneel when he barred Sporza at the 2009 Tour de France.
Brailsford replied: “Are you accusing me of running a doping programme as well?”
Ryan said: “Well, UK Anti-Doping are investigating that...”
