Wow the last bit of installation takes forever for me, the green bar has gone all the way but direct x9.0 and visual studios bit add another 5 mins ..... |

How can that be, i started it exactly when it came out 6pm and it haven't even gone above 4,3MB/s. I only finished 28%

Pff, my speed is 200 mb/s. May be it depends on server from which you're downloading. It's like on PS4, may be fast, may be slow.
I finally changed my Internet from ADSL to GPON, and it's very fast. On ADSL I downloaded with 6 mb/s.

Had a problem with the download speed on steam, too.
Changing the server did the job...
Go to Steam-->Settings-->Downloads and change zhe server location... e.g from somewhere in India is pretty quick.

Same here. Maxed out my DL-speed and looked to finish in 15 min total, then it stopped at around 90% and has now hardly moved at all in 25 minutes.
Edit: Nevermind.. I restarted Steam and instantly got max speed again.
