Same as Luis Leon Sanchez,
SAP - Bianchi may need some NCs,
I may need a French TT NC (I'm not sure if you need a special one for Time Trials) for my jersey (which I will upload) and maybe one for another country (I'm trying to get a rider who needs an NC for both Road Race and TT) I will upload a picture of my jersey later, but if you're interested pm me please, I have some other NCs to use as a base if you wish (bwiggins made the original but he is inactive).
So if anybody wishes to make some NC it will be greatly appreciated, at the moment I need France (for Sylvain Chavenal) and one pretty interesting country which I will tell anybody who pm's be about it.
Here is the jersey download link (with NCs)

Thanks, trekbmc

Okay, looking nice. If any new teams are looking for riders, every Avia - Orlen Oil rider bar the Eastern European core is available for the right price.
Especially some of my scouted riders will be going for small fees since I have more than I need for my dev team.

Thanks and right back at you Shonak. This time around I will be updating it pretty frequently, especially now with all the impending transfers.
Will be interesting to see how the new guys do. |

Actually I meant to delete the four out of there. |

Okay, cheers. Another question: At what point am I allowed to go over budget? As in, I'm 200 over budget already, will that result in another fine? If I sign another rider, that will presumably result in a fine if I don't sell anyone, but when will you dish out fines? Can I sign someone now and bank on being able to offload someone later?

You already got a fine after the renewals so you won't get another for the money you are currently over. But if you sign a rider now and so increase your debt, you will pay another fine as high as the money you spent.
If you are over the budget after first part of transfers between teams, you'll definately have to pay another fine. |

Hello all
Before more people send me PMs about this I have to say that I abandon this game because:
1.- I don´t understand how the game is
2.- I haven´t the motivation
3.- I haven´t time
Sorry and bye!

Sorry Bikex, but I'm 99% sure that i won't get the transfers and stuff done by today
Can you extend the deadline until tomorrow?

Mate, you've had like four days and it really doesn't take that long. Bikex wants to get this all moving not be delaying it further and further.

I'm in favour of continuing as well, unless other people also have deadline problems. There's 3 (or 4 ) rounds, so there should be no horrible damage.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Good news in that case, of course i'm not forcing anyone to do anything, it is my fault anyway, I overstimated my free time

It's the first transfer round and probably the most important, especially new people may need time to get into it. So, I think: Give him an extra day. But people really need to learn to get their shit done. It's impossible to make bidding for riders any easier and faster than Bikex did with ICL.

Deadlines are deadlines. Sorry but if you miss them you miss them. One person gets an extension, then the someone else gets one next time and the time after and the time after. Especially when it's something that shouldn't take more than 15minutes.
Slightly zabl'd but point still makes sense

Why is everybody getting so upset now? Calm down a bit please, everybody. Sometimes we wait weeks for something to happen and now you threaten a new guy because he couldn't do his first biddings in 3 days? Come on..
I like that we will speed things up a little now but what has that to do with being friendly to those who recently joined..
EDIT: @TMM: that 15min thing is pretty damn wrong if you have to sign a whole team instead of just some riders for your 2014 team.. not everybody has your general experience in story games and in ICL especially..

3 hours for me, plus another 30 minutes when I changed my mind about a couple riders.
