Depends on where you installed PCM.
I'd say C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013. But that can as well be Saison 2013 or Seizoen 2013, or maybe even a whole different place, especially if you have Steam. Just manually change the folder where you want it to install when you get asked where to install(after you clicked the .exe)
I think it's the Expansion Pack that's installed wrong. What jerseys work actually? Do OPQS & Giant f.e work? If so, then it's the Expansion Pack that's wrong, because those jerseys were added in the 2014 DB.

There 19 jerseys of continenetal teams working. So the OPQS and the Giant aren't

In some team maps there are no clothing accessories like handles or leggings. If I try to put them in myself or if I change some of there default shoes in to some s-works shoes lik those of Team Astana, it doesn't work in the game, well it works but is still see some of the old collers of the default shoes over the new s-works shoes and the leggins or the handles don't see at all. does anyone know what I do wrong ? (I use the right names like 14lotto_shoes.PNG, 14lotto_leggings.PNG)

Sorry I don't undertand one fact.
When I just start a OPQS career I had no money to keep my ryders in the team. Furthermore I have debts I think. Why is it? Can anyone explain me this please?

That's because of the salary cap Cyanide made. Nobody knows why they did that.
There's a wage limit of 600,000. The only way to solve it is to edit Dyn_contract_cyclist with an editor, and edit the wages of the riders down.

That should be done in DYN_Stage with Lachi's editor or the fast editor. Change gene_i_day and gene_i_month

You have to open the savegame, not the DB.
Savegame location: My Docs/PCM 2013/Users/*Your Username*/Database/Solo/*Your DB*

It's a value that will be filled only in careers, so you don't need to add anything on it (add 0, like the rest of the stages).
